Worst front cabin seat I've ever been in. I am 6'1'' and usually fit pretty well in lie-back products. NO room for both feet in this one. Hard uncomfortable seat. Skinny, too. I can see what they did: made one or two more rows, and the only way was to crowd everyone in the front cabin. Just terrible.

This was a very old design seat. You cannot use your own noise cancelling headphones unless you bring an adapter 2 prong to 1 prong type. Buttons to recline seat didnt work great. At one time it was probably great...now just very outdated.

This should be labelled a DIS-Comfort seat! Draughs from the exit door, cramped seats and barely any leg room, limited overhead bin space and no Reserved for Comfort labeling, close to the toilets, had to pull tray and video screen from the seat, always in the way, had to ask my fellow passenger to move to accomplish these tasks. An outrage you are being asked to pay extra for this seat on this 767.

13A is a hot mess of a seat... there is a huge door in your knees so you're screwed if you're over 5'6 feet tall. Not to mention the bathroom smells and sounds. I would really look at the layout of your plane and try to avoid at all costs. Can't believe they think this is worth the extra money. Row 13 is appropriately named... it's miserable.

The seat pitch is really great at this row but the seats are awfully hard so a longer flight is quite a challenge! I would not recommend it unless you have firm meat on your behind :-)

Sort of an average Biz seat. This one has the console by the window instead of on the aisle, which I dislike, but it wasn't too bad. (Having the console on the aisle blocks you from passersby.) The big problem is: forget about actually lying flat. The sides of the seat are too high, and just as you start to get completely flat, you're forced into this tight, constricted space like a coffin. Awful. Never recall experiencing that before.

Other than the power port, it was not worth paying extra for Comfort+ for seat 13G. It was freezing cold while the rest of the plane seemed to be at a better temp. It did not have any storage on the floor, and the odour from the toilets was not pleasant, nor were the crowds of people standing around waiting to use the facilities or the light going on and off and the noise when the toilet door was opened and closed. This row should not be a comfort plus seat - there are cheaper seats that are more comfortable than this.

In Delta Comfort+ in the present configuration for Delta Boeing 767-300ER (76Z) V2, Flight 146 and 147. Seat 14 A has two windows alotted (full view out one window when upright and the out other window when reclined). Seats 15 and 16 A both have a window which is set too far forward (no view out window when upright or reclined). This holds true for seats G in same rows. Row 13 is not recommended due to cold draft from door and proximity to bathrooms.

Good econ comfort seat, no complaints. Snagged it after originally getting 15G so I could have a window. I will note that the bulkhead seats in row 15 do have a window, it's just set far back next to the seat so it's not easy to look out of. There's really no window to speak of in row 16, so definitely avoid those if you want a view.

This and 6A are the worst Delta 1 seats in the fleet. No window on either side and 6A has the crew blind around seat 5A in front of it. In this configuration the Comfort plus lavatories each have a single wide swinging door hinged in the middle that opens forward. This door is slammed during the entire flight the the noise is channeled directly at these two seats. Bifold doors, a better curtain, hinge on the outside would all lessen the noise. Delta Diamond

Hardly any underseat storage area. My backpack did not fully fit under the seat in from of me, which really impacted the leg room. The seat had only a standard recline, and the mechanism was stiff. I am a medium size person as was the person seated next to me. Yet neither of us could relax without touching the other, which was awkward since we were strangers.

We have booked and occupied seats 13F and 13 G. Have to pay extra $ 140 for this seats because they have been advert as extra comfort. The position is next to the door and the temperature drops off extremely during the cruise. As solution crew offer 1 extra blanket. Absolutely unpleasant journey.

Flew seat 21E from TXL to JFK. It is at the far front of the cabin which makes disembarking quicker and your meal comes earlier. The legroom is superb(i'm 5' 5") you can stretch out and don't feel at all cramped after the flight. The only flaw is that you're right near the engine, making it quite loud.

some comments refer to 12B, 8B, 8C... but the seats do not exist. I was on NRT-BKK on this plane configuration. It's the best medium haul red-eye experience I've had in a long time. Behind the seat is a curtain and door 2R, no windows make it perfect corner for privacy and sleep time. OBTW, seat 5A is reserved for pilot rest. There's a curtain railing that surrounds above the seat.

I rencently took a flight from lax to jfk. Seat 13a was amazing. I could stretch my legs out fully extenfed to the bulkhead in front. Tv screen lifts from the side of the seat. Seats 13 a,b in my opinion are the best comfort + on this aircraft.

These are old, old business class seats. The staggered arrangement is such that it is a bit of a struggle to maneuver into the seat when it is anything but fully upright, as the high side walls make for a narrow entry. The space for your feet is very tight, almost like being in a hard plastic sleeping bag.

Really bad seat for biz class. It sticks out into the aisle and you get clipped several times over the course of a 6 hour flight. The overhead locker narrows so you can't fit a standard size carry-on case which is disappointing. Also, Delta don't seem to hang jackets which again I struggle to believe because this config seems to have more storage than actual space for passengers. Overall business class feels tight and that people have been packed in, not helped by low seat heights - you can see everyone in the biz class from your seat which again compared to other configurationa flying the Bangkok-Tokyo route is a lot worse. Wouldn't book Delta again given they seem to kit planes out with ancient specs.

8B & 8C As far as the seating goes, I am about 5'7" and with the seat fully reclined I had plenty of room and did not feel confined at all. My boyfriend is about 6' and has broad shoulders and with his seat fully reclined he said he had decent leg and foot room but he felt a little snug in the area around his shoulders, but it was not totally uncomfortable. Every seat is an aisle seat so you have plenty of room to get up and move around. Also, each seat has their own overhead bin, so you have plenty of storage, you just can store items in the foot cubbie. You do have a cubbie between the seats to store some items and a small net area for phone, tablet, book etc. I did not need anything at all. I got in the overhead bin once because I forgot to get my charger out.

Seat 1A is very close to the bulkhead. The space between the seat and the LCD screen is less than the other non bulkhead seats. The foot hole goes into the closet so you have the same foot space but the pitch between the seat and the bulkhead is at least 4" to 6" less than non bulkhead seats.

Delta One Business Class was the best flight experience I've ever had. The section is very sensibly laid out (much better than business class on British Airways) and this seat had tons of space and legroom. Food/beverage/entertainment options were all fantastic, and the customer service was the best I've experienced. Can't recommend Delta One highly enough. Note that odd-numbered window seats are closer to the actual windows, and have more space and privacy from the aisle.

I'm fairly sure this is the version of the plane I flew on JFK-SFO on 6/8/16. This seat is considered premium "Extra Comfort". It is one of the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in, standard or premium. I am a small person and can't even imagine how anyone larger than I could tolerate a long flight in this claustrophic situation. There is practically no headroom, extremely small space between it and the row in front and the seat itself is narrow. Plus there is no window. Gettting into the seat, not to mention getting out to let my "window" seatmate out required the skills of a contortionist. I ended up complaining to Delta and actually received a refund for my "extra comfort" premium payment. I also recommended that they remove this seat from that category; I checked on the flight today to see if they have taken my advise - not as of yet anyway. The only good thing I can say is that the recline position offers a deeper recline than most - apparently this plane is outfitted with "slimline" seats developed in Eurpope which allow more seats to fit into the plane. Great for the airline, not so great for the passenger.

Flew this plane RT MSP-LHR in July-2016. Agree with others, biz class seats this aircraft worst I've experienced. Very narrow. Will avoid in future (hint to Delta). In sitting recline mode, it's hard to get comfortable - foot rest too short, can't raise up your legs the way you'd like in a recliner (I'm 6'1"). Lie-flat is not 100% lie flat. While true that seat 1A is tucked away, it does get a lot more galley light/noise than many will like. I would not sit there again. 1C was better. Allowing for the overall inferior product, I think any of the seats further back would be just fine, just not too close to toilets which are in the back the biz-section. Pick based on how close you want to be to the window.

Economy exit row seats are hard as a rock in this particular configuration. Also note DL has renumbered the Y row startpoint in the 76Z V2 configuration, so what Seatguru lists as 12-41 is now 13-42 when picking on Delta website seatmaps (add one). No other changes, just a renumbering.

I had modest expectations since I bought my ticket with points, not money. The seat was pretty cramped and there was no storage. When I tried to turn my seat into a bed I discovered there was no way I could fit my feet under the seat in front of me! I ended up leaving the seat in an angled position and it was about as comfortable as a coffin - simply too narrow. I'm 6'3" and athletic. The cabin was extremely loud, almost like that of a much smaller plane, such as a 737. The cabin was very cold, using a blanket and a long sleeve shirt was a must! If I paid $$$ for my ticket I'd be very unsatisfied. I flew during summer time, from AMS to BOS.

The seat map shows this row has no windows which isnt quite true. There is a window offset far forward. It was very easy to see out of on takeoff and landing. This seat map also has the bathroons in the wrong place but then so does Delta's seat map and youd think teyd know. The bathrooms are right across from the two exit rows about row 19/20. So in the exit rows you have people stnading next to you the entire flight wIting for the bathroom.

Not much pitch, at 5' 5", knees almost touched the seat in front. There is a box mounted underneath 21B; legs cannot be pulled back and must got straight down or forward. Would not choose seat again.

Row 15 has a misaligned window. It is very far forward of the seat. Row 14 shares just this one window also, so have to turn your head very far to the side to look out. And if 14 reclines, it blocks 15's view at all. Row 13 has two normal windows.

This a brilliant business class layout that provides great privacy in the window seats that are odd numbered. There's a nice barrier between you and the aisle so when you're sleeping it truly feels private. It's not quite as wide or comfy as some other biz class seats, but still very solid.

Seat 1A is a flatbed Delta One seat. However it has a big advantage over other seats in Delta One: because there is no seat in front, the footwell is full width. In other seats the footwell is narrow and restricts your position. Consequently when the seat is down flat, you have the full width of the seat available to move around. After flying dozens of times on this aircraft, I now prefer this seat over all others, except 1D, which is the same.

This business class seat is just awkward. When it's in the flat setting, it is very confining and you feel like you're practically on the floor of the airplane. The area for your feet is very cramped and confined as well. Definitely one of my least favorite business class seats. OK for my relatively short flight (6 hours) from NRT to BKK, but I would avoid this seat for longer flights.

Row 12 is missing a window, so it's very dark. The seat felt cramped, in spite of the ample legroom, when the screen was out, the tray table, etc. Very limited room to move. No room for any stuff - you have to keep your bag behind your legs. Proximitry to the bathrooms is very bothersome.

1C - the worst seat in business class if not the plane. The lav ceiling light will always be in your eye when the door is opened. You can hear every flush. Avoid this seat at all costs. Galley noise levels can be very troubling for sleep as well.

This has to be the best economy seat ever!! I am 5'7", and was able to extend my legs fully and barely touched my bag under the seat in front of me. This seat has two tray tables, one in the armrest and one on the seat in front. The width of the seat was not reduced by the tray table. When the tray table was open in the seat in front of me, I could still easily stand up and leave my seat with room to spare. This seat had more leg room than the two seats in the exit row on either side.

this was a $99 upgrade from regular economy and totally not worth it. there is no storage at the seat at all; not even a place to put a magazine. and the overhead bin directly over the seat is for crew equipment, so your only option during takeoff and landing, if you brought anything with you on the flight, is to store it in an overhead bin two full rows behind you, which means (a) you can't retrieve anything in your carry-on bag until 20 or 25 minutes into the flight, (b) if you brought a couple different things to read, you pretty much have to retrieve them one at a time as you read them, and (c) when you're getting off the plane you have to fight your way back two rows to get your stuff after everyone's already clogging the aisles. as a previous commenter mentioned, the seat was freezing (the guy in 12A had the same complaint) and the bathroom smell was overwhelming. finally, i didn't intend to watch tv on this particular flight, but if i'm not mistaken there actually wasn't a video screen at this seat. there was no monitor showing the pre-flight safety video in our row, that much i'm sure of. oh, plus, you can't see out the window from 12B.

Not only was the smell from the bathroom offensive, but also people constantly milled around our seats and bumped into us. There was also cold air blowing on us for the entire flight which could not be reduced or controlled. Our seats were at least 10 degrees colder than the rest of the plane. The tray tables are tiny, too small to do any work or reading. Finally, there is no storage room for hand luggage, except beneath our legs.
