4-hour flight from STT-ATL. More legroom was advertised and there clearly were 3-4 inches of legroom, but I'm not sure it was so much better that it justified an extra expense. That said, there is seldom a bad seat on a Delta flight and the state-of-the-art IFE makes every flight go by quickly.

This seat was just ok but avoid this plane at all costs as the hard product is extremely dated. The seat to my right was one of those with immovable armrests which was fine for me but the poor lady next to me in 19F looked really uncomfortable (that seat should not be marked green!!) The armrest to my left was wobbly so anytime I moved or my aisle mate moved, the arrest moved with us. Overall the seat was fine but only relative to the rest of he plane.

I flew in this plane the other day LAX/MSP This seat is bad. I'm a big guy, and it was uncomfortable, the seats are too narrow. The person next to me was elbowing me in the ribs the whole 3.5 hour flight. There was only an outdated entertainment system and it kept shutting off. There was a power outlet but no USB port. About the only good thing about the flight was I had decent legroom.

The seat is next to the emergency exit. While there is no seat in front, the protruding slide structure significantly affects legroom. Besides, there is poor thermal insulation around the emergency exit, and my right foot was freezing most of the way. Does not really qualify for "green".

Delta flight # 2930 From Ft Lauder-dale to Atlanta. Seats 15 C/D (aisle seats). Delta comfort seats. These were the smallest seats on the entire plane due to the solid steal frame structure surrounding the entire seat. No legroom, roughly 13" wide for your feet. The steel structure surrounding the seat took away at least 3-4" of hip room. Having to pay extra money for these premium seats is a complete scam. Avoid seat 15D and 15C at all cost.

This had to be one of the most uncomfortable seats i have ever used. The door blocks almost any legroom you gain from not having somebody in front of you and you have less width due to the location chosen to mount the safety card holder. I very quickly became claustrophobic and would have been willing to reade for the last row of seats over this one. Please mark this seat either red or red/ orange due to the extreme limitations it has.

Seat 3B. Very comfortable with ample kneeroom. Plenty of seat width and elbow room. Entrance to aircraft is thru mid-door. Therefore, after boarding, turn left to first class and economy + seats. This provides more privacy, other pax are no coming forward to use restroom, but takes longer to deplane.

19C needs to be changed to "RED" in the key. I was in a hurry, trying to review on the phone while making a last-minute seat decision, saw green, and committed. The extra legroom is extra only if you don't mind having your legs stepped on, and the lack of even a seat pocket in front of you means that there is not anyplace for even a magazine except in your lap.

There is storage beneath the seat in front (row 26). There is an armrest mounted to the side of the aircraft, rather than the seat, and it is offset (located about 4 inches in front of the left armrest.) On my particular seat, the seat cushion was tilted down to the right. I suspect that's because 27F is cantilevered off of 27E (I didn't visually verify that but it felt that way.)

Flying cross-country from SFO-BOS is a long flight, so wanted to make sure reviews were up to date, as some reviews on this seat seem outdated, so wanted to clarify. - It is a Comfort+ seat, so there is extra legroom, which was nice, but not a ton of legroom as there is in 19F - Armrest do move, and seat does have full recline. - It was not overly cold in this seat vs other seats nearby from what I could tell. - There was no bulkhead in front or behind this seat; is just in a normal row. If I was to book this flight again, I would consider 19C or F, or 18D or E, which all had a lot of legroom and you could get up without having to have others get up. A very good, but not great seat.

The extra leg room does not mean anything when crowds of people are waiting for the latrine and standing on your feet. Plus your are annoyed by the constant crowd using the latrine; it seems to be the busiest latrine in coach. Even though the ticket agent and flight attendants think this is a great seat, it is over-rated.

Seat 40A has two windows, one at your shoulder, and the second is forward, kind of shared with the row in front, but is better accessed (opened and closed) by 40A than 39A. GREAT for photographers, as on this flight, you pass right by several of the larger Bahamian islands.

So I was confused with differing takes on the bulkhead aisle (15) on this plane. First, there IS floor stowage; all 6 seats have some, but 15C and 15D have a smaller amount in front of them so only a small bag will fit; the other 4 seats have plenty of storage space on floor in front of them; additionally, the seats ARE less wide as TVs are in the armrests; worse, the TVs are the OLDEST ones in Delta's fleet; very small and pathetic as you eye the large new screens right in front of you in FC. So these seats are a mixed bag; good leg room, close to the FC bathroom as long as they don't strap you behind the silly curtain, but also restricted width and poor TVs. A mixed bag as there are a few worse seats in C+ based on lavatory position.

On DL 1298 LAX-KOA. Sufficient leg room (I'm 6'0) and could stretch out well. Only thing to note is foot space on aisle seats is split in half. Wasn't a big deal but makes crossing your feet a little awkward if that's what you prefer. Didn't notice it on the window seats. Fantastic service as well. The rest of my family was in Row 15 A,B,C,D and had plenty of leg room (including my dad, who is 6'3). If I was flying Comfort +, Row 15 would be my first choice.

I would not consider this a "good" seat as categorized by your labels. This seat does not have any floor storage due to there being no seat in front of it. The seat also has the TV sets that must be stowed during take-off and landing. Therefore, you are unable to start watching until you get in the air, and you must stop watching and stow the TV before landing while all the other passengers finish their movies. You also have your tray table in the armrest and must bother your neighbor to retrieve and stow it.

I don't know for sure but I have input. I am a pilot for Delta and I fly as a passenger all the time. I'm not sure if you capture this detail but it's important. Many exit row seats and even some comfort plus seats have steel confines on the sides rather than a movable armrest. This is a terrible feature which makes you feel like you're sitting in a box. It's awful for a big person but bad for everyone. God forbid you have 2 kids and two of those seats on a long leg where you're hoping they'll nap. This terrible feature should be incorporated in your seat charts. I avoid them at all costs and even when I book I don't know if I'm going to end up in them. I pass on exit row seats because of this possibility. I hope you can incorporate. Thanks.

Seat 26A is an exit row seat, and I am thinking that this version was the 757-200 (75D.) Seat width is skinny @ 17', yes, but it has legroom galore and there is ample storage underneath for you. The seat pitch was great, I am 5'10" and still had 7-8" between my kneecap and the seat in front. The seat did not recline, but it didn't bother me, and I do have a bad back. There also is an armrest on the window side, one review said there was none. The 757 is a smooth ride! There's also an IFE, USB, and a power outlet for convenience.

19A is a window seat. it is on an exit row. some people may actually feel claustrophobic. it is difficult to get into and out of when the door is closed and someone is occupying the middle seat. you can stretch you legs out as far as you want. Two flight attendants sit facing you. you have undersea storage way in front of you, which i actually found very handy. you will leave the plane first, more than likely. but it is not as wide a seat as other comfort+ seats. the seat does recline a little. it has its own entertainment unit, but you must fold it back down during takeoff and landing, making it not as good as other comfort+ seats. I agree that this seat is a mixed bag. i would not take it on a flight over 3 hours. it may or may not be worth the extra money. if other comfort+ seats are available, go for them first.

Adding to the comments for 19F: this is *not* a good seat! The exit door juts into your space. Your right knee is wedged against the door (thankfully there is padding) and there is no footspace for your right foot. Your left leg and left foot have unlimited space. Still, a very cramped seat with little shoulder room and a tiny tray table in the arm of the seat that isn't usable for much more than a drink and a small snack packet. This seat really should be yellow or red. The "infinite legroom" aspect isn't really there given how tight the space is with the exit door.

Found the seat to be spacious with plenty of legroom. I'm a larger flyer (275 lbs) and found seat width to be excellent. Well-placed windows allowed for looking out without that awkward neck twist we all know and love. IFE screen was very clear and intuitive with good selections. As a T-Mobile customer, I had a complimentary hour of WiFi that I found to be usable. Not the fastest thing in the world, but more than adequate for general social media usage. Service was attentive and prompt.

This review is for two 757s, N687DL and N674DL, both in seat 34F. This seat is located just off the back of the wing, and has two windows. One by your head and one a bit ahead, but it is so easy to look out from. The legroom was just as expected on an economy flight, and was very tolerable. The iFE was amazing. I would highly recommend 34F.

This is a terrible first class seat. There is absolutely no separation from the coach section. The middle coach seat in row 6 could reach through the middle of seats 5C & 5D and shake your hand. It feels like the row behind is right over your shoulder. The seat does not recline at all. The first class ection is noisy because there is no separation. The TV channels and the internet did not work. I will never pay extra for a first class seat on this aircraft again.

I don't know how this seat icon is still green saying it's a good seat. It's the worst seat I have ever sat in on a plane! Seriously, I've had better economy seats. Can't believe Delta passes this seat off as Comfort+, it's narrower with a very curved window area and the door mechanism takes most of your legroom making it very claustrophobic. I suffered through this seat on a red eye from SEA to JFK, never again. Wish I had read the other reviews instead of just going by the green color seat icon.

Never again this seat. It wasn't just an exit aisle, but the main ingress/egress for passengers. The worst part was the door mechanism, when closed, it protrudes about 15" into your leg space, and this was a red eye flight. The window area seemed curved more than usual which made it more cramped. I've seriously had better seats in economy. The Delta Comfort + seating is still a narrow seat with little recline. Avoid this seat.

Row 5 on this version of the 757 is the last row of business class. Recommended for 2 reasons: the 757s generally load and deplane from mid-cabin so you will deplane faster sitting here, plus the video units for the first row of Delta comfort are NOT in the back of your seat - therefore, you are not getting poked in the back of the hear throughout the flight by the person behind you searching for a show to watch.

15F actually had underseat storage underneath the first class seat in front of it unexpectedly. Downside is first class reclines A LOT and interesting problem, because the seat has the video screen in the arm rest because it is a bulkhead like seat (without the wall) if you don't pull out the video screen before they recline you CANNOT because of the upward arc of the movement and the same goes for putting it away. Extremely poor engineering. Had to have a flight attendant intervene with the first class passenger to get it out. Luckily I never had to leave the seat. Extremely poor for a premium seat.

Delta has suppressed one row of F seats to put a small section of Y in front of Doors 2. This is a disgrace. As a result, they have cramped the F section a bit more. Leg room has shrunk, seat recline is minimal. Lunch service in F has also been downgraded. Forget the nuts, etc. Not a way to build loyalty.

This airline is woefully under-equipped with lavatories for the number of people on the plane. This resulted in large queues of people (4, 5, sometimes 6) waiting right in front of row 19 almost constantly throughout the flight. This is an uncomfortable situation, and it was experienced on two different flights on the same type of aircraft.

Comfort, ha! I was in A, my wife in F. Hers was a bit better due to leg room in front. 19 A was truly a mess and much worse than described on SeatGuru. The curvature of the airplane made the seating a bit claustrophobic for me; however the real discomfort came when the exit door was closed. There was a large, grey cushion in front of me attached to the door. Perhaps to prevent me from banging my head on the door at some point. It closed me in on the front (maybe a foot from my chest) and forced me to put my legs out at a 45 degree angle from the seat. Of course, all the other issues here including need to put bag in overhead at take-off and landing and no place to put it for easy access in-flight, table in the armrest which disturbed by neighbor. I did not even bother to watch tv. What a mess. A COMFORT seat? No, an UNCOMFORT seat. Should be coded flaming red. Stay away.

Seat 1B is a first class bulkhead seat. The seat extends further into the aisle than the bulkhead wall does. This gives you a little more legroom because you can stretch out into the aisle but it also causes the TV screen to be slightly to the left instead of directly in front of you.

Both 19A and 19F do not have a straight shot of legroom. The middle doors to the plane have thick padding, presumably to ensure that passengers in these seats don't bang their legs into the doors. However, the result is that the padding interferes with the legroom. 19F is particularly impacted; that passenger is forced to stretch their legs out diagonally into 19E's legroom space.

I recently flew on this aircraft from ATL and LAS in 5A, which is the last row of First. I fly a lot and a majority of my flights are on Delta. The seat did not feel roomy at all. In fact, I felt cramped and closed in when the person in 4A put their seat back. The seat was very hard too. The seats in F on this aircraft feel more closer together than other planes. When the meal was served I felt like I was eating into a cubby hole since the person in front of me had their seat reclined the entire flight. Getting out to the isle was a challenge and I had to lean over both seats in my row just to get out. Any drinks on the cup holder by the arm rests needed to be picked up or they would have been knocked over.

This is a nice seat in the first class cabin. There is plenty of room and the seat is comfortable. There is AC power, USB port, and seatback entertainment. This was a late night flight from ATL to MCI but I was still served a drink upon boarding and the flight attendant came by a couple of times during this 2 hour flight offering drinks and snacks. I was mostly trying to sleep and did manage to get a little shut eye even though most of the flight was a bit bumpy due to storms. Do not that this aircraft boards behind the first class cabin which I prefer because once you are seated the cabin is calm and quiet while the rest of the plane is still boarding. I would recommend any seat in row 4 on this 757-200 aircraft.

I sat in 16A for flight 186 and flight 1061, and both looked to be on the same plane. The seat was comfortable, the window alignment was good. The tray table folded down from the seat in front. I was able to use the usb port located under the individual screen to charge my iPhone. I've been flying a lot for my job, and was happy that this screen had good response to the touch-screen. I'm only 5', but thought that there was good room between the seat in front and me. I also liked that the door to board the plane was behind my seat. The overhead bin was big enough for my carry-on. I noticed that row 15 had their tv's in the arm, and they swung out. I was glad not to be in that row, though it looked like they had more leg room for taller people. We had blankets, but my daughter sat in economy and there were not enough blankets to go around. I recommend bringing a blanket and neck pillow for longer flights because it gets pretty cool against that window.

A window seat that basically has aisle access? Sign me up! One of my favorites on any configuration. Pros: Easy access to aisle via row 18 without disturbing your seatmates, protruding exit door is basically equal to row in front of you, so no loss of knee space. Your right foot cannot extend straight out... but when crossing at the knee or ankle you have unlimited legroom (and not in some extremely contorted way). Easy boarding/deplaning from door 2L. Cons: Armrest is immovable and contains tray table and screen. My feet were very cold during flight. Flash of light whenever someone opens the bathroom door, but probably one of the better C+ seats for this issue.

I have to agree with the complaints for 27a. There's virtually no seat-bottom padding...felt like bleacher-seats. The door-frame gets REALLY cold. The armrest is also the bottom handle for the emerg. door, and is forward, by your thigh. I ended up putting my neck pillow against the wall so my shoulder could lean against it, and the cold made the memory foam harden up. After 4 hrs in the seat, my butt ached from the lack of padding, my neck ached from using the neck pillow for my shoulder. The legroom was nice, but not worth it.

Terrible engineering....The entertainment unit is in the armrest and swings up to view. However, if the passenger in the first class seat in front of you reclines their seat, you end up trapped and can't get out because there isn't enough room to swing the TV back down! Who was the mental midget that designed this layout? Never again in row 15. In addition, seat padding is insufficient and very uncomfortable. What's worse is that they use this config. for their Hawaii flights!

Tray table is stored in armrest. Tray table was much too small to accommodate snack, drink and sandwich. Overhead light shinned directly into peron's eye sitting in 15B. Due to a lack of galley except at the rear of the plane, I had to sit with meal trash overflowing from the tiny tray until entire cabin had been servied with drinks. This seemed like "forever". Video screen also stored seat side.

This seat is freezing and should be downgraded. It has a "armrest" on the exit door that sits pretty much at knee level, so it is useless. The metal frame to the door is extremely cold, so you can't lean your body against that side. I jammed my coat and scarf in between the seat and door, and FROST formed on my coat. I also had frost thick enough on the windows to write my name. I have pictures of all of this, too. I sat on the same or similar plane on the way out in an opposite exit row and had problems with it being ridiculously cold, too. There is leg room and storage under the seat, but a below-zero sleeping bag should come with these seats.

The shoulder-width on this seat is incredibly limited. There is no window behind the individual seat and this seat is particularly cramped. I would liken this seat to being at least as bad as an economy window seat - likely worst as compared to most planes. I have been a diamond medallion for 3 years and have flown on every configuration of every delta plane in (almost) every class. This wasn't the worst, but I mention that to add some credibility to my review. I really appreciate your site and have used it quite a lot since I first began frequent-flying. I purchased a ticket on DL1564 Sept 24th precisely because it had flat seats in Business First. I last checked the reservation two days before flying and there had been no changes. Today, 15 December, upon boarding I was astonished to find myself in a 757-200 aircraft with very unusual seating. First, there were no flat seats in my class of service. Secondly, the forward area used for business first was now crowded by the addition of 3 rows of Comfort Plus seating. Obviously Delta refitted this aircraft for maximum passenger numbers at considerable sacrifice of passenger comfort, especially in Business First, where the seats were ridiculous thin backed chairs, the worst I have ever seen in any airline's front section, with severely reduced legroom and pitch compared to previous standards for Business First. It reminded me of flying Iberia, which believes in torture. Had I known of this wretched aircraft, I would have rather flown the Redeye on the same route with a conventional business first recliner. I will never again fly in the 757-200 with this configuration.

Row 15 (Comfort+) is immediately behind first class seats with no divider. Row 15 has three seats to a side. First class Row 5 just in front has 2 seats per side. Therefor Row 15 has to have TV mounted in the armrest. Narrows the seats and gives you inferior TV.

I sat in 19C from LAX to OGG. I fly a lit and i have flown Delta to New York several times. I usually book economy premium tickets. This was the absolute worst flight i have been on in a long time. I am not a small person but i fly a lot and i have never had a seat belt not fit me. Apparently if you need a seat belt extender you cant sit in the exit row. Another guy in my row asked for one and he was moved out of Delta Comfort to a much worse seat. It seems they have some serious issues with this aircraft. The flight attendants were rude and didnt bring us water because they said the turbulence was too bad (even though they were walkingbup and down the aises???). I will never fly Delta again

Ship 6704 (N6704Z) MSP-PHX as DAL2134 on 10/16/16. Seat 16F provided ample legroom. The window is located a bit further forward than your shoulder leaving your shoulder on the wall, so if you or the person next to you has wide shoulders (which we both did), you will probably feel squeezed. Recline is limited but there definitely is some available. I typically don't use recline out of courtesy for the passengers behind me, but since there was nobody behind me in this row, I took advantage of it. All of that said, I will find a different seat next time I fly Comfort+ on the Delta 75D.

1D is fairly similar to 1D on the 739, but with a cutout in the bulkhead for your feet. Same fast/responsive IFE with USB and 110v power options available. Deplaning from F is a little different with the C+ section directly behind it. Though it's not a bad wait, it's just different from the previous various 757 configurations. If you're concerned about a tight connection, I'd probably book towards the back of the F cabin.

Odd but good seat. It's a small seat - i.e. arm rest does not move like typical bulkhead seat so not so good for larger passenger and no storage underneath seat in front. The exit door in front of the seat sticks out a bit but still have tons of room to stretch out. And can get up easily from 19F to go to the bathroom by passing in front of the row directly in front (row 18) so it's nice to not have to wait for the aisle and middle seats, 19D or 19E, to stand up. Bathroom proximity is nice too. Comfortable plane too for long cross country flight.

27A is an exit row, with extra leg room and storage under seat in front of you. It does recline, has a regular tray table and regular in-flight entertainment system. It however does not have a full arm rest on the window side. The armrest is split in 2 because of the emergency exit. It can also get cold because of the emergency exit and the air seeping in around the seal. It should be labeled as a mixed review seat.

I was on the Delta flight traveling from SEA(Seattle) to OCG (Maui) flight which I had seat 27F - Exit Row. It is shown "green" with extra leg room, but it does not show the seat has a lowered cushion to allow ingress/egress through emergency exit row access door. Also, this thin seat cushion is incredibly hard and nearly impossible to sit in for any extended length flight. If you are on a flight in excess of an hour, it is likely you will not be happy. I road in this seat for more than 5 hours and had to use two neck pillows to survive the flight. This should NEVER be used as a standard seat let alone coded a "green" classified seat, but should be shown as "yellow/green" noting the poor cushion for all travelers to be aware of such.

Seat 15E - if I could rate a seat worse than the Red bad, I would. This seat is AWFUL. I am 6' and weigh 220 lb. (not fat but like a football linebacker size - big). I was uncomfortably squeezed into this supposedly "Comfort Seat" - I literally had bruises on my sides when I got up from this 4 hour flight because it had the bulkhead walls between seats. Do NOT ever get in this row. My tray table could not sit flat (and thus I had to hold me drink) because of its design rested on my leg, not above it.

I flew from MCO to LAX on 8/16/16, my seat was 20C which is an aisle seat. This is in the "Comfort"section, not sure why, but it was comfortable. I didn't notice any more room than in the other rows, but there was plenty of room for my legs, and width wise was comfortable as well. Again, the monitors are very nice with lots of entertainment choices. On this flight, they charged $2.00 for the ear plugs, except in the Comfort section we were given them. Free coffee & soft drinks, they offerred snacks of: peanuts, cookies, chips, pretzels and bananas! Food was also available for purchase, but selection is very limited. I was cold on this flight as well, be prepared!. Since this was only 5 days after Delta's meltdown, there were a lot of empty seats. I was able to stretch out and sleep in row 27 A-C. This is an exit row and I was pleased to note that the armrests do move. Tons of room in this row! All the seats except rows 18 & 19, have power ports below the seat in front of them for charging your electronic devices. Plenty of overhead storage in the newly designed bins. When opened, they do drop pretty low. Luggage goes in vertically like a book. I noticed that rows 15-17 are kind of like business class, and are separated from rows 1-5 by a small divider. I would not pick row 18 - it is in a weird spot, and right next to the bathroom which is very busy, your video monitor comes up from your armrest and swings out. It is smaller and easy for people to bump. Row 19 A-C have lots of room as this is an exit row. This plane is a very comfortable plane and great for a cross country trip. Remember to bring a sweater and socks, it may be chilly!

We like the last row of first class on any flight, even if there is limited recline to avoid those seated behind you from disturbing our seat. On this aircraft there is NO bulkhead to separate economy from first class. The person seated behind me jostled my seat for the entire flight. Avoid row 5. Delta wasn't thinking of first class passenger comfort with this configuration.

The flight was a 3.5 hours flight from Atlanta to San Salvador. The cabin was absolutely great. The new mood lighting and overhead bins give the aircraft a more spacious look. The seat was very comfortable for the flight. The adjustable headrest was awesome and the amount of recline was the same as the seats in the comfort plus cabin. All seats have free inflight entertainment, USB ports, AC ports, and plenty of legroom compared to the old 757 cabins. Very Great improvement for Delta Air Lines.

This is a high density configuration of the 757-200. The plane interior is very nice looking but Delta has completely ruined the great 757 feel. Especially the first class cabin feels more like a shuttle flight than a mainline flight. Hopefully this is more of a one off and not a glimpse of the future.

I sat in 17A on 5.5 hour flight and it was not ideal. I opted for the extra legroom due to my height (6'1" / 1,88m) and it was tight, but bearable. The misaligned window reduces should space significantly making it more tight if you have wide shoulder or the person next to you does. However, the seat did recline on this flight! 17B and 17C had flight attendant jump seats directly behind them so they did not recline. The proximity of the bathroom could be bothersome for some. Also, in this area, there is a lack of overhead bin space due to the lavatory and the storage of emergency equipment! I definitely would not sit here again.

underseat storage is available under the F seat in front of you, however it is limited. If 15 D-F are all occupied, not everyone will be able to fit their things under the seats in front. IFE screen folds out from in between seats, so has to be stowed during takeoffs and landings. Also has to be stowed if you want to get out of the seat. otherwise seat was comfortable for a 4+ hour flight.

Not a seat for tall folks. The boarding door contains the slide, so when it's closed 19A loses probably 10-12 inches of legroom. Couple that with the immobile exit row seats and the extreme curvature of the fuselage, and anyone over 5'10" is going to be miserable. Also, you're going to freeze in this seat -- never sit next to boarding door on a 757, they're always super drafty.

Being 6' tall and jammed into 24F is an awful experience. I think I found the 30 inch pitch, and can hardly move. The curvature of the fuselage definitely impedes on my shoulder space. Mercifully, I'm on a short flight. This would be truly unbearable for tall people for anything longer than a few hundred miles.

The previous reviews weren't helpful in deciding between row 15 and 16. Row 15 has much more legroom, and you can store things under the FC seat in front. Although row 15 is a bulkhead, there is room for bags under the FC seat in front. Also, the entertainment system is built into an arm which comes up from the side of the seat, which makes getting up a bit of a hassle if you're watching something.

This was the 757-200(OW). As many have mentioned, the bins are designed to hold bags placed on end, holding a lot more. It also makes them very heavy and somewhat difficult to close if you are short. FA's do not like this plane. Maybe my plane was defective because I haven't seen this comment elsewhere, but I found the window seat nearly unbearable. The cabin air came straight down on your head. I had to use eye drops frequently during the flight. I'm on this plane again next week and plan to bring a baseball cap. Other than that, this has basically the same good and bad points of all the new Boeing planes. Fancy lighting, great entertainment system, small seats that are hard as a rock.

This is a regular Comfort + seat, but there are two negatives about it. One is that 19 A-C and 18 D-E don't have any under seat storage, so more stuff tends to get put in the overhead bin, therefore unless you are first on the plane you might have to put your carry further back like I did. Second, because it's right where people turn to walk down the aisle, you tend to get often. Looking at the plane today, 15/16 C & D I think are better seats.

This seat is extremely narrow. There are seats in front of you, so you can still stow a bag on the floor, but for absolutely no reason the tray table and tv screen is in the armrest. I couldn't believe how much this narrowed the seat. My skinny 11 year old was sitting next to me in 15E and even he was uncomfortable. Also, you can't move the armrest out of the way. This might not matter as much on a 2 hour flight, but on an overnight flight when you're trying to sleep it is just awful.

Flt was from RDU to ATL. I was originally in FC but due to eqp change to this a/c I was put in seat 15C. The seat was absolutely to narrow and I had no leg room. Same new domestic first class seats as in the 737-900's. Massive TV screens, not as much legroom as the old 757 configurations up in 1st, with slightly less vertical storage space under seat than the old 757 first class seats. Huge overhead bins capable of a standard rollerboard going in wheels out, on it's side so 3 bags can fit in there. AC Power + USB power at the screen.

Both 20A & 20F have excellent window placement, my shoulder fit right into the hole. The plane has the newest A/V system, Sky Interior, and both USB & 110V power. Very good!
