I saw mentioned that all Economy J seats have reduced leg room due to the box under the seats which hold the life vests. All C seats in economy have the same box and reduced leg room. Additionally, the space between the rows in economy are very small. I'm average height for a man and my knees touched the seat in front of me even when I sat as far back as possible. I don't recommend using this plane for any long haul flights. The direct flight I took from MAD to LAX was painfully long. My legs were locked into one position the entire 12+ hours. It was not physically possible to re-adjust to another position for relief.

All seats "J" in Economy class have a reduced foot space, as there is a metal case under all the "J" seats. This reduces the footspace by 8-10 cm in width. For somebody tall it is really bothering!

My First time with Iberia in Business, I Flew Rio de Janeiro to Madrid. The 2L offers a lot of privacy due to the shelf separating the seat from the aisle. It is wide and comfortable, has a lot of storage space, including a shoe storage compartment. The seat turns into a 180 degree bed and features massage mode. Food is not excellent, but not terrible, just there in the middle as you would expect from a regular business class service. Entertainment systems for me was the weak part, por quality non noise canceling headphones, outdated movies and not a lot of options.

Flew this plane Tel Aviv - Madrid and back 2 weeks apart. This plane has an excellent bussiness class product. The seats are wide and comfortable to watch TV, eat and sleep. If you have your own pair of headphones , I suggest you use them instead of the pair Iberia hands out coz those aren't noise-cancelling. You'll need the 2 pin adapter though. Food was good and the FA were all nice, engaging and proffesional. First time in my life I fly bussiness, and thanks to Iberia, I will fly with them again to the USA as long as I can, and as long as they offer proper bussiness class product, so very much unlike other european airlines. Thanks Iberia for a great experience.

My first time with Iberia in business, and was pleasantly surprised. The seat is wide, comfortable and provides a sense of privacy due to the wide shelf separating it from the aisle. Its worlds apart from the Euro Business services that many of the European airlines provide today on their routes to and from Tel Aviv, which is nothing more than an economy seat with a vacant seat at your side. However the service, while adequate, was nothing out of the ordinary, and the food, while edible, was subpar and bellow the standard Ive experienced on other airlines.

The plane I travelled had a different seat configuration but was still an Iberia A330 202. First economy seat was number 21. I was on 27A which is not by the toilets as shown on this map, just a standard seat on the eigth row. It is a window seat without a window. Space is limited and quite uncomfortable if passenger in front reclines. Entertainement system is good.

Those sitting in rows starting with 37 on either side of middle aisle (D or H) can stretch their legs out because the plane tapers from 4 middle seats to three. However, I found that all the seats were extremely thinly padded -- my butt was really sore by the end of the 11-hour (and 13-hour on the way home) trip! Will try for a plane with more comfortable (padded) seats next time!

Seats are fine. Average legroom and good for me (1.88 m) like on KL or BA. We had a good 14 hr flight from NRT to MAD. The adjustable headrest gives fantsatic support while asleep.

1 EG are like all middle seat on odd rows good when you travel together. Sets are close to each other. When traveling alone, the even rows (or seats on the side) are better. Seat are graet: we had a good sleep.

Awful seat configuration. Very little legroom, and when the seat in front of it reclines it can get very claustrophobic ... I didn't see any AC power socket, just a USB one attached to the screen (entertainment system) I travel once/twice a year MAD-SJO and the trip was much more comfortable when it used to be operated with the A340-600.

I agree with all the previous comments stating that the pitch is less than the stated 31 inches. You literally have no space for your legs. It feels like 29 inches or less. Either Seatguru is not correct or Iberia is misstating its seat pitch (probably the latter). I am really tired of Iberia. I can't wait for Norwegian to start long haul from Madrid.

12C might be suitable on a short haul flight but for long haul this is a disgrace. Narrow and with minimal leg room - expect to scream when the person in front pushes their seat back on take off and leaves it there for 10 hours. I will never fly Iberia again.

I flew from Madrid to LAX in this seat and it was great. Because of the weird way these seats in the back are set up, I had A LOT of room to stretch my legs out (very much appreciated given that I am 6'4). 39H and 40H on this aircraft for Iberia are great for tall people or those who like some more leg room.

The E-G pairs in business class are the best for a couple traveling together. The seats are close together to allow conversation and both are away from the aisle for privacy.

This Economy class seat was very very uncomfortable. I have read and in this website it appears with 31 Pitch and I can say that the seats in the Airbus 340-600 have more space and are more comfortable. I cannot imagine being there for a 12h flight. Will avoid this aircraft on a long flight at all times and prices! Otherwise you will die there...
