Economy class offers an a la carte choice of food. This service is offered on all domestic, European and North Africa services except, due to their duration, flights to Athens, Bucarest, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Cairo, Dakar, Malabo, Warsaw, and Moscow.

Business class offers complimentary multi-course meals.

Overview

The Business and Economy Class sections can be adjusted according to demand, and Business class can have as little as no seats and as many as 44. In Business Class, the middle seat is always left unoccupied on all domestic flights, and flights to Europe, and North Africa.

There is a second version of this aircraft that flies with Iberia's Business Club product and has Business Class set up in a 2-2 configuration.

Flight in Business Class from Düsseldorf to Madrid, very good leg space, middle seat kept empty, excellent service (hot meal, wine, etc.); took flights earlier in economy class and leg room is the worst I had, service is not existing.

Avoid flying Iberia short haul if you can. Our aircraft was EC-KOY. The leg space is very tight. The only thing to do is sleep on this flight because all other activities are damn near impossible

The worst leg space...

This was the first time ever on a A319I. ALL the seats in business class were true first class seats. They all had foot rests, and the recline was excellent. Not your typical economz seating in Europe with the middle seat empty, and little to no leg room. Great service from the sole flight attendant, but the food was just so-so. Arrived early in Zurich and the bags were out on the belt in five mins. Great job Iberia.

Minimal seat pitch. I am not very tall but yet I did not fit in my seat. Even low cost carriers have more legroom. Worst airline ever!

This is NOT business class seating. It is coach with a blocked center seat. Don't forget to wear knee pads as the seat in front will crush one's knee caps. A captain who would not shut-up talking LOUDLY during the flight, pointing out sights fron the plane - who cares if one is not 1. On the correct side of the plane, and 2. by a window. FOOD WAS GROSS and delivered STILL WRAPPED IN CELLOPHANE PACKAGING. TW never ending hours of agony.

I flew on seat 9F that was not a buiseness class seat but an economy one. The seat does not recline at at all and because the person in front of you can recline his, you are completely stuck. Do what you can not to sit on row 9.

Avoid Iberia if you are taller than 1.80m. I am 1.95m tall and I cannot seat properly, I mean, I cannot seat at all in a standard seat putting my legs on the aisle, that leads to very annoying flight for the flight attendants. Be aware of Iberia, because they usually change their planes to another type/size and maybe your emergency exit row seat becomes a regular one and you cannot complaint for it. This happened to me on a flight from Madrid to Frankfurt IB3126 on Sept 15, 2016. I claim for it, and Iberia just said that it is normal and there is not way to compensate for this issue.

This review is not even about my seat - it's about the entire plane. I've flown on this flight several times and I'm a frequent flyer. This plane is disgusting. Unless you have -1000% claustrophobia, try to find another flight. There is NO space between you and the seat in front. (and I'm 5'3!) NEVER again

The flight in the model aircraft (A319) on Iberia is really a martyrdom for passengers of economy class by the shortest distance between a seat and the other looks like punishments of the Inquisition, it produces cramps, bone pain and choking feeling that shakes and takes you to never choose for a private aviation flight that line, it would be extremely important that the company's board take this point into account.

I had the best legroom ever on a A319, very nice and comfortable seats! I'm 68" and the legroom was 31" not 28" seat 19F the crew was very friendly and helpful

The seats are very close to each other there is only 17 cm between the front of the seat to the back of the seat in front. Both me and my wife are rather tall, there was not enough room for our knees. we could not pull down the food trays, ut was so cramped
