Very comfortable to sleep on, but a little cramped and claustrophobic for larger persons like myself. A very private feeling seat, and unlike other Air France Business seats you can choose a seat, like this one, that puts you close to your travelling partner. The cabin itself is wonderful and airy and new.

Great seat for sleeping. I brought a foot hammock, neck pillow and i was perfectly comfortable. Seat does not touch window, but there is space to store your carry on and purse. Air France gives you headphones, eye mask, pillow and blanket as the comfort kit.

45C does fully recline. Toilets are far enough away. There's even space behind the seat where things can be stowed (though not during departure and landing). One of the best seats in economy because it's only two seats in that row. 45A is even better if you don't like to get up and walk around a lot (I do). Same applies for 45J and 45L respectively.
