It was my second time on an Air Canada 787. After my previous flight, I made a promise to myself to never fly on an AC 787 again. But I had no real choice this time and I, reluctantly, flew on a 787 again. It didn't change my previous opinion at all. The seats are extremely narrow. In economy class, it's a horrible airplane to fly on. Avoid Air Canada's B787 at all cost, if you can.

18K is a preferred seat. There is a bulkhead, so legroom is not as good as exit row seats, but still much better than regular economy. There are no lavatories nearby, so nobody is crowding your area, no noises or smells. I got a window seat so that I could look out the window... However, about an hour into the flight crew darkened all windows, and disabled individual controls. Windows remained tinted until end of flight. This is apparently a common occurrence with AC... If you want a window seat for actually looking out the window, you might want to reconsider with the 787.

Despite being a "preferred" seat advertising extra legroom, this is not true due to the bulkhead directly in front of the seat. As someone who's 6'3, there was not enough room to extend my legs and it was quite uncomfortable. Other aircraft (and other airlines) provide a lot more legroom in their preferred seats. Also, as someone else said, this is the row with the bassinet, so there's a good chance there will be a baby sitting nearby. Luckily the one in my row was quiet the whole time.

I flew Air Canada's 787-9 from Vancouver to Shanghai and back. Everything was okay. The seat had ample legroom, although it was not spacious. Service, entertainment and food were also alright. Overall, Air Canada's 787 is a perfectly acceptable aircraft for long haul travel. The experience is definitely not one that I would pay more or go out of the way for. However, if the price was right and the timing was convenient again, I wouldn't mind taking Air Canada again.

Sat in the business class seat which was shaped as a pod. Overall, I like these seats since they provide privacy, a large video screen for entertainment, work space and a lie-flat bed. The bed I felt was narrow, and tapers towards your feet which does not allow much freedom for your feet if you like to reposition them while sleeping. The pods are pointed towards the windows, unlike the older versions which were pointed towards the aisle. You also get air nozzles directed down towards you which is great for comfort when using blankets when sleeping.

Looks like the major issue of Air Canada configuration cabin is about the lack of lavatories. Company should install at least 2 more lavatories on each plane to avoid long lines in corridors bothering passagers, long time waiting and gathering around WC. Overall the seats are OK for economy and premium, but if you can't go when you gotta go, it ruins entirelly the experience of a 10 hours flight. Just needs more lavatories.

These pods are cramped and uncomfortable - lots of wasted space. Probably good for lie flat sleep. The IFE and noise cancelling headphones are great. Meal was terrible. They ran out of one premium wine after I had 2/3 of a glass. Glad I was not in economy on this full flight from yvr to yyz

I had not checked about this aircraft before booking YVR-MEL, and was very concerned when seeing that this site showed 30" pitch in coach, having flown another 787 with 30" stated pitch. The worry was foundless - the seat was closer to 32". The neighbouring seat happened to be empty, so it was a reasonable 15-hour flight.

Seat 18G was somewhat uncomfortable due to not being able to extend legs fully due to bulkhead wall. Was sat next to an infant in this seat due to bassinet in the bulkhead. Luckily baby was asleep most of the 9hr flight, but would be an issue if she kicked off screaming. I suspect you're basically guaranteed to sit next to an infant in this section. TV monitor pulls out from under right armrest, but sits at a bit of an awkward angle, but worked fine. Seat is good to be able to stand up and stretch at any time. Not sure it was worth the extra money, but it was either that or 45A.

The seat pitch was grossly inadequate for a person 6' 2", for the long overnight flight from Toronto to Vienna (Austria), the seat was very uncomfortable and since Air Canada has 9 seats in 3-3-3 configuration the aisles are narrow and passengers walking to/from washrooms bump into seated ones thus constantly disturbing them; the experience was of a "Nightmare-liner" not "Dreamliner".

Travelled London to Calgary in seat A8 and in seat A6 on return, both were comfortable and the service was excellent. In A8 I was not disturbed by noise from toilets or galley. In A6 the blank window of A5 helped reduce light glare. My first time in business with Air Canada and found the heavy padded seat belt a little strange but got used to this.

Seat 18H is a standard bulkhead seat, but it was inconvenient due to the bend in the aisle going into Premium Economy. Flight attendants backing up the aisle with service carts frequently bumped the seat, sometimes with a lot of force (enough to spill red wine in one instance). I sit exclusively in aisle seats, so know enough to not hang out into the aisle. I would not choose this seat again. I assume 18C would have the same issues.

14D is a good premium economy seat and the extra leg room and recline is really nice. The biggest downside is the lack of at-foot storage - there isn't even room for a laptop bag because for some reason the set in front has multiple legs and bars prohibiting access. Conveniently, the adjacent seat is not always full and you can use the storage from 14E as a result.

I booked and paid for Seat 31 A because 31A was supposed to be the row behind the exit row so that the seat ahead of me could not recline. This did not work out. Waste of $$

Good PE seat with decent leg room and adequate recline. Large monitor with ample entertainment offerings. Good service. Avoid C and D seats, as washroom line from economy was continuous during the flight. The forward washroom on G H aisle side was curtained off for business class & little foot traffic this side of the aircraft. PE was 50% full and the crew spent a lot of time directing passengers from economy back to their assigned seats. A curtain separating the class would be helpful with both the washroom line, and the seating problems.

Premium Economy class used to be the perfect class. Recently Air Canada removed the seperation of the cabin allowing economy passengers to use the one washroom in P/E creating a wash room line most of the flight, annoying rows 12 and 13. I was at row 14 and had to keep up with crying baby from the row behind in economy with no cabin separation. I pay 3 times the economy price to have a comfortable trip to work and arrive ready, instead the price difference is for only few inches in the seat. Since I can't afford Air Canada executive class I am seriously looking for other airlines.

I have flown 4 times with Air Canada recently always in Business Class and I have to say that the seats/ flat beds are the most uncomfortable that I have ever experienced, the pods are very small, very little space to put out the things you need during the flight - eg computer, book, biscuits, makeup Some if the cabin crew didn't seem super helpful / friendly either . This review for Air Canada is for all 4 flights, so it doesn't seem that it was an isolated occasion.

the gap between the seat and the plane wall is 0, making the passenger squeeze into his seat. in addition, the slider mechanism in front of the seat reduces the so called extra legroom. a passenger cannot straight his legs upfront. worst seat i have been to ever.

The front row of premium economy does not have footrests, and the left hand side is next to the lavatory and galley. On our redeye the curtain to the galley was open the whole flight, so the light was quite disruptive.

This was my first time flying in Premium Economy and i was extremely impressed. The Seats are comparable to a Domestic first class seat just with more recline and a large screen. I would fly PE on air canada again in the future! PROS: Service was great, the flight attendants were extremely friendly and attentive. Food was serviced with real chinaware was nice. Seats were nice, lots of recline (something like 8 inches of recline), you get a footrest, AVOD was extremely responsive and sharp. CONS: if you're sitting in the window or Middle seat, its hard to get in and out if the person in front of you has their seat reclined. NO WIFI. Neck Support is not adjustable, it only goes up and down.

This seat is partially obstructed by the Exit door frame that protrudes into the cabin about 6 inches from the bulkhead. This restricts the legroom for the leg closest to the bulkhead, and only allows straightening when angled. The narrowness of the seat and solid armrest makes this the most unconformable seat I ever sat in. I paid $100.00 for this "upgraded" seat.

Air Canada calls this a preferred extra cost seat. Seat Guru gives a red caution. You should avoid this seat because it also lacks either left elbow and shoulder room due to fuselage curvature; this means you can't lean to the left to relax. Only the right leg has more room because the exit door, which should normally be a plus, protrudes dramatically inward (maybe emergency slide). AC agent said this seat should come with a warning.

I just flew the AC095 from EZE to YYZ. First of all even though we are at the end of August on all the plane there were only the July issues quite dirty and deterioreted. The galley of business class was unattended for most of the flight. Only 1 washroom dedicated to business class! Very bad!

Seats are much narrower. Don't book these if you have a child that can walk. Extra legroom that you pay for is negated by this constantly being used as a walkway between aisles. We started saying no to requests to pass through which caused conflict.

Munich to Toronto and back: the ticket was cheap and so the comfort on board felt. Seats, which are definitely not made for 6´0 and taller people. Seat pitch is absolutely on the lowest limit and width of the seat gets you the certainty to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the person next to you. This, dear Air Canada, is maybe a configuration for domestic flights for your cheap product Rouge but nothing for international long haul flights. Zero stars from my side for this uncomfortable seat and you never see me again on the Dreamliner. Taking a connecting flight from YYZ with an A319 was way more better.

Any A, C, H or K seat is prone to create discomfort to others. Window seats A and K have to bother 2 other passengers while aisle seats C and H suffer from having to allow two passengers to have access to the aisle. Worst configuration possible.

Economy seating was absolutely horrible. 31 Pitch and 17" width is something id find on a 3 hour flight on a 737 or smaller. Not on a 13 hour trans-pacific from YYZ - ICN. Most uncomfortable flight Ive been on in a while. In comparison, I have flown the Korean Air flight using the same 787-9 and had an extra 4" pitch and 1" width. Was a much more comfortable flight. Will not fly AC for long hauls unless absolutely necessary.

This was one of the least comfortable economy seats I have ever flown in. Almost impossible to retrieve anything from the bag at your feet, indeed hard to fit in the feet. I am about 6 feet and I found it both narrow and cramped. Torture all the way from Toronto to SFO.

First things first, I would like to begin with my overall experience, which was exceptional. In the cabin, there was only 4 people, which was nice. The flight attendants were kind, and the seat reclined very far. We only had two meal choices, but that was good for the short 4 hour flight. There was no TV during takeoff and landing, because it was in the armrest. The bathroom was clean and had a window in it, which made it feel very spacious and bright.

Window is perfectly aligned with this row and once reclined, you can lean against the panel behind which has no window. 18H is an aisle seat, great legroom, but a hassle when the meals/drinks carts come through. I has to move my Video screen everytime they came by. Personally didnt like the video screen setup. I would rate this as a green/yellow seat. (The 2 middle seat and window seat were great according to my travel companions.)

In my opinion, Air Canada's premium economy is decent, maybe 7/10. The seat itself was very comfortable, but it didn't recline too far so it wasn't perfect. The seat is maybe 5/10 compared to other premium economy seats. However, the service is great. The flight attendants are nice and friendly, and are more attentive than in Economy. The food is 9/10. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, but the lunch was bad (little bland sandwich). You get priority airport services, and especially for the baggage delivery, they really do matter (your bag is waiting for you on the belt). Overall, it was a good experience especially for the day flight. If you want really good service, it is worth the upgrade. However, if you want good sleep or luxury, upgrading to business class is worth it, especially if the price isn't too high and it is a night flight.

These were great seats on the Dreamliner from FCO to YYZ. Great legroom plus extra room (enough to stow 2 carry-ons after take-off only) between the window and seat as its the only row with 2-3-2 configuration as opposed to 3-3-3. Proximity to WR wasnt an issue because WR doors dont open into the aisle as is typ. for other planes. On the Dreamliner, they open from galley side. So, theres nobody ever waiting in the aisles, etc. Only negative (as such) is no OH storage for rows 45A to K and seats rows D, E, G in rows 43, 44, 45 & 46. Note: On the seatmap, whats shown as a galley behind row 46 is actually a crew WR.

Travelled with kids (age 5 and 8) to India - Toronto to Delhi and back. They were in 3A and 4A and my wife and I were in 3D and 4D. Extremely comfortable and about a thousand times better than United Business - actually no comparison. Kids slept for about 10 hours each, each way - worth it just for that reason alone. The cabin is very quiet. Service was amazing.

I've found both 23G and 33K Economy class seats in the B787-9 aircraft the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced period. They are so narrow that even regular-size guys can't sit side-by-side without rubbing shoulders or battling for armrest space. The pitch is ridiculous, there's no footrest and stretching legs is basically impossible. I also believe that this grotesquely tight layout could seriously impair evacuation efforts, should an emergency occur. Did it get approved by any regulator, or Air Canada can just get away with anything?

This seat has good privacy for a middle pod. You have a divider between you and your neighbor and I didn't really notice them. The seat quality was very good. Comfortable seat. Excellent space to put out a laptop and work. The entertainment system was high tech but easy to use with a good size screen and a touch screen remote with good noise cancelling headphones. The downsides are that the seat doesn't quite fully recline and the seat well is narrow and you cant get your feat on it without reclining a significant amount. I flew this on a Toronto to London daytime flight so I'm not sure how it would be to sleep. Overall its a very good business class product. One of the best I've flown.

While 18k and 18a are probably the best seats in Economy, they are hard and, after 3-4 hours, become painful. Plenty of leg room as bulkhead is indented forward. Beware of 18h and 18c - the aisle becomes narrower there on transitioning from Premium Economy to Economy, and cabin crew have difficulties pushing service carts past that transition without banging the aisle seats.

Flew TLV-YYZ. Seat was comfortable, worth the additional cost over regular economy. Got two hot meals and a snack in-between. First meal was excellent, served on china with metal cutlery - both the food and the service well above economy. Second meal was inedible - dried-out pasta served in plastic - looked like regular economy food but tasted worse. It's as if Air Canada can't decide whether Premium Economy is a separate class between economy and business or just an economy class with better seats. Note, also, that although there appear to be two bathrooms for Premium Economy one of them is curtained off and serves Business Class only.

There is no Dream flight in Economy. These are the worst seats I have ever flown in. 17.3" wide with such tight leg room that even at 5'3" my knees are touching and there is no padding just cloth on the frame so the 6'4" guy behind my had his knees in my back for the whole flight (not his fault) The seats have no real incline as the whole seat tilts bringing the seat bottom up under your legs to cut off circulation. Avoid these seats if possible

The three of us sat in row 19 en route to Tokyo. We got the seat assignments due to my extensive back issues plus arthritic hips. During the flight, the long legged person behind me kept kneeing my tail bone since the seats have no hard plastic between the upper section and the seat pad. It's all cloth! On top of it, my ankles had swollen for a week after despite being only 5'2" due to the cramped space. On the return, we paid $600 each to upgrade to row 14. Major improvement although we had to wait until we were at Narita instead of calling. (They wanted over $2k just for me). My medical condition had zero bearing even with the medical desk. One benefit for any one who requires a wheelchair from Narita - there is a separate line for the counter for any requiring special assistance. The only negative about the Premium Economy seats is everyone from Economy uses our bathrooms CONSTANTLY. When in coach, I walked back to the coach bathrooms despite pain; I expect others to do the same!

Personally I think Premium Economy is a great option as long as you are not paying more than $500-600 to upgrade from Economy. The legroom is great and the footrest is nice, but it would be better with a proper legrest. The recline wasn't bad but if you have trouble sleeping I would go for Business Class on night flights. But the highlight was the service. The food was delicious, the FA's were nice and bags were waiting on the belt for me when I cleared customs (You get a Priority Tag). Since I booked the ticket for a great price (1375 CAD roundtrip) the PE was awesome for the day flight but for the night flight return I will try to upgrade to Business Class. Overall a pretty good experience, better than Lufthansa but not quite as good as Air NZ, Cathay or ANA.

Sat in Premium Economy. Appreciated the extra leg room, larger seat, fuller recline, and larger TV screen. However the level of service was equal to regular economy in my opinion. As well, no curtain between Premium and regular economy, and I had expected a curtain,so if you are paying expecting some exclusivity and seclusion, you won't find it. Bottom line, for the extra space worth the price, but you won't get any extra service or attention from staff.

14D is my favorite PE seat. Single business travellers who don't quite make it up to Business end up here, and the middle seat (14E) is not commonly taken, leaving room for stuff on and in front of the seat. Full recline without having to worry about the person behind you, and quick access when deplaning are all great!

Row 14 is a great row. The bulkhead has a curved shape accordingly to the seat recline. Best part, nobody to disturb behind you! The service and food on PE was actually very good. The only improvement I would suggest for the PE seats would be to have leg support instead of just foot rests. if the knees aren't supported, there's no more blood circulating after a few hours. The IFE system was very good and the sleeping kit was a nice perk that included earbuds, eye covers, socks, a blanket, toothbrush and paste and ear plugs. In general, well worth the seats for such a long flight. The difference between the 787 vs the 777, the 787 has new restrooms with new LED lighting, water temperature control faucets, ample space to lunge if you have time and there's even a window to look outside while you pee! New plane = newer things I would assume.

YVR-BNE-YVR twice in 6 months. Seat is adequate for 14hr flight at lowest fare, not as good as LH but better than Westjet, UA, AA for example. Because of seat design does NOT knock knees when seat in front is reclined. Entertainment system hardware is the best & modern around. Selection was poor in Jan17 but good in Mar17. AC do need to improve this (software should match hardware dummies). B787 is designed too narrow compared to A350 so AC compromise on aisle width (lots of knocks from the crew and pax). Fly A350 if available. B787 is more comfortable (air pressure & seats with less jet lag) for longer flights than current B777 so take AC to SYD via BNE.

you are only slightly ahead of economy. It gets you on board sooner and service is quicker but not much better. The seat ahead reclines right into your face. The heavy metal between the seats can be a pain.

Despite the extra legroom, this is a bad seat - lots of traffic and smells from bathroom. People gathered near the door and often kicked my outstretched legs. There is also a baby seat not 2 meters / 6 feet away-which was occupied by a poor little crying infant. I'm not angry at the baby of course, but it made it very difficult to sleep. The power outlet under the seat did not work.

Large IFE unit with handheld remote or touch screen access. Plenty of storage, especially since an entire overhead bin is available for each passenger. Electrochromic windows worked very well. Very comfortable duvet.

I recently flew from Vancouver to Brisbane, Australia on this flight. Although this seat is classed as a Preferred seat, for which you pay extra, it definitely shouldn't be! The bulkhead only extends over seats A&B, with nothing in front of 18C. There is nowhere to put anything. Also, the aisle jogs and narrows from Premium Economy at that point, which means that everybody boarding and passing by during the flight bumps into the person sitting in 18C.

Premium Economy Vancouver to Brisbane. Seat a bit hard for a 14+ hour flight. Main meal was OK but a choice of starters would have been nice.Legroom and seat width were good. Rather sparse selection of TV, music and movies. No crew members devoted to PE section, and little evidence of crew during the long night - 12 hours is too long between meals ! Overall, flight does not compare well with PE on Air New Zealand to AU via Auckland that I have taken in the past.

From a cross-continent viewpoint, it is a great seat. However, like others noted, the business/first seat is NOT completely lie-flat. Close, but not quite. Amenities and storage is at industry standards, but not above. The 787 is a great ride, and at this seat you do have two windows.

Beware aisle seats in premium economy and economy on these planes! Unlike the equipment on Air Canada's older planes, the "legs" for the seats are not on the edges of the seats, but a little inwards. If you're in an aisle, this means there's a huge bar at your feet, which will be in your way, and will also prevent you from stashing larger carry-on luggage (or even a backpack).

Lots of space. For a 5 hour flight, service was excellent, with multiple drink services. The plane was so quiet that the noise levels on take off were the same as a normal plane in cruise. The dimming windows were also a very cool and nice touch. TV system is nice because it is way better than what AC offers on the Airbus jets, which are outdated planes with an outdated system.

This seat indeed provides legroom, but unlike the bulkhead seats in the middle section (undesirable given the inevitable traffic from the A-C aisle to the H-K aisle, there is no seat pocket which is reachable from this seat. This means that even the simplest items one would want to have in reach at takeoff and landing (water, headset, book) would need to be tucked into your own seat. Additionally, there is generally a washroom lineup in front of you. Finally, unlike passengers using the entertainment system attached to a seat back, you must stash your monitor during takeoff and landing. The extra legroom is good, but there are other factors which make the seat a bit less appealing.

The best business class cabin of any North American carrier though these seats are not quite "fully lie flat" as advertised. The seats are still comfortable but not quite as comfortable as the classic pods that are still found on the 767 & A330 aircraft. The trade off is that these pods provide a much more functional work space with a nice storage compartment. The AVOD system is excellent and the automatic window dimming is a huge improvement over the traditional pull down window shades. Business class on the 787 is certain a comfortable way to travel and is especially good on flights of 4+ hours.

This seat was very comfortable, on this flight, from Seoul-Incheon to Toronto-Pearson. I was on C-FPQB. There was a seat malfunction in the beginning, which made it unable to move. It was resolved after 3 tries, but everything else went well. Only suggestion is to add Wi-Fi to all larger planes.

The new AC Dreamliner has to have the most uncomfortable seat ever! The back of the seat is super thin that means your back can feel every single movement of the person behind you, whether it's their knees moving, or they are putting items into the pocket at the back or your seat. yes I can literally touch and feel the shape of the items they put behind me and guess what they are! The 787-8 economy class on a long haul should be avoided at any cost. Biggest issue -9 seats in a row are so tight that you will be touching shoulders even with a small frame passengers sitting next to you. The seats are very hard and uncomfortable. It took 2 days for the pain in my rear end to go away. I also agree with other critical comments by others: bathrooms, food, etc.

These seats are quite comfortable, have substantial storage (including under the ottoman), and having a window seat with aisle access is great. Quiet, comfortable, and excellent service. The only downside of AC is the requirement to removing the noise-cancelling headphone during takeoff and landing.

While it is true that this seat has only one window, the missing window is the one behind the seat, meaning visibility out was normal, but it was darker than other seats for sleeping and viewing (especially important with the way the windows tint). The inflation system in the seat made it very comfortable, there were many adjustments, and although there weren't as many storage areas as I would have liked, using the space under the ottoman helped a lot.

These seats are NOT totally flat--180 degrees as stated. They are "wedge" type seats that are not quite flat, making it a bit tough to sleep for some of us. But the seats are wide and comfy otherwise. I agree that the first row(1A) was noisy and the light from the galley also bothered me. On the plus side, the seats are wide, the plane is somewhat more quiet than the 777, and the screen is big and it's all new, which is nice. the windows are way cool--electronic dimming. Food was average, like a cafeteria. Service was good.

Great new plane and loved the flight from FRA to YYZ. This seat has access to two windows that is a pro and a con too. Space is very tight with 9 seats in a row and only 31" of pitch, especially for a long international flight. Service and food was average. Too many unnecessary announcements in English, French and German, very annoying especially if you are watching a movie since any announcement posses the video.

It was a nice flight overall with this new Dreamliner and loved the big windows. But with 9 seats in a row this is rather tight and not that comfortable for a long flight. The pitch at 31" is sub-par for long haul international flights. Luckily on my flight, the middle seat was unoccupied and I had some extra room to stretch. Food and service were mediocre. Again, the flight with this new plane was great.

Worst Business class seat. The galley is extremely noisy. There are 2 or 3 storage cabinets 2-3ft away from your seat, so most of the flight you hear the attendants opening and closing them, and they don't even make an effort to cause less noise. During the flight, the attendants in the galley (3 or 4 of them) are constantly chatting. Don't expect to sleep much.

8K is one of the most private seats in the plane. It's in-set in the plane, so you don't even hear the people going in the galley or in the bathrooms behind. The galley is unattended most of the flight because it is only used for storage, so this makes this seat VERY quiet.

I flew Toronto to Paris on May 14 2016. It had the Executive Pod layout, rather than the Classic Pod layout. Compared to the Classic Pod: PRO: Seats face toward the window rather than towards other passengers; The TV screen is bigger; There is a larger shelf and a cubby hole to put your things. CON: Your feet are crammed into a tiny hole - if you have size 10+ feet like me, you will NOT be able to move your feet; From your feet to your hips, you can move a total of two inches because you are completely enclosed; The seat only has two sections, so (except for when fully flat) there is no seat section supporting you from your thigh to your feet; The seat cushion is quite hard, even if you adjust it to the softest setting. CONCLUSION: While not as bad as the dreaded Studio Pod format, I found the Executive Pod inferior to the super comfortable Classic Pod. If I find Executive Pod is the only offering on future AC Business Class flights, I will re-think overnight flights. I think it would be OK for short or moderate daytime flights.

2nd time on 787 - This Air Canada set up is better than United. Air Canada PODS on 787 are so much better than AC Pods on 777. Probably my best international business class experience, I think the 787 does allow for arrival in better condition, I slept really well on this flight.

Has anyone noticed an odd 'issue' with lighting in business class on the 787? Due to electrochromic window dimming there are if course no shades. If you're trying to sleep you might be mildly annoyed at flashes of light coming from other passengers' ift screens. Why? No shade over your window! Light from ife screens and other sources will reflect off tour window and its most notable when the cabin is darkened and you have set you window to opaque! Weird and I am sure a totally unexpected annoyance without shadrs!

I flew business class from LHR-YYZ and it is the best flight I have ever been on. Lie flat bed with amazing IFE made me really enjoy the intercontinental flight. The pilot was so unbelieveably nice, he gave me a full tour of the cockpit,the crew rest area and at touchdown, even a map showing the flight path and status. Best business class experience ever. Recommended!

This seat is great and the traffic to lavatory was very light so not a problem. Seat is beside the engine si it was very noisy. There is no place for a baby bassinet here, but there was a baby and bassinet in the center section of the row. The tv is in the armrest, and the tray in the other arm rest. For me it was worth the extra leg room but the flight would gave been better with noise cancelling headphones. Plenty of space above for takeoff and landing stash of your bags...and plenty if room in the floor for a small bag in flight.

The economy seats have generally enough legroom and are comfortable enough for overseas flights. Great, right? But - row 30 has no window, just a windowless wall, and the row was set off into the aisle (not as shown here), much closer to the washroom then the rows in front. A very bad seat, actually all three of them. Thisi creates a claustrophobic nook without being able to see through any window at all.

Lots of legroom right behind premium economy so there is a bulkhead. Seats somewhat narrow, only 17.3 but better than the high density flights. I do wish they wouldnt put the hard separator between the seats but it was a good seat and worth the extra money.
