Do I need to reserve a seat for my infant?

No, infants under 2 years old may travel on an adult’s lap. Infants are not entitled to their own seat unless they purchase a child fare ticket.

What if my child turns 2 on the trip; will I have to buy a ticket for the return flight?

Yes, only children under 2 years of age can travel at a reduced price. If your child turns 2 on the trip, they are required to purchase a full priced child fare for the return ticket.

What types of child restraint devices are allowed?

Passengers may bring a collapsible stroller on board the aircraft for infants.

What infant amenities are available on the aircraft I’ll be flying on?

Bassinet service is available on flights for children between 14 days and 2 years old. Passengers must request this service prior to departure as the number of bassinets on each flight varies. Also, baby meals are available upon request.

Can I sit in an Exit Row with my infant?

No, adults travelling with infants are not allowed to sit in an Exit Row seat.
