Wonderful. I love the open feeling in these seats. Comfortable. Good storage. Easy to sleep in. Only issue is the awkward power outlet and headphone placement (over the left shoulder). HOWEVER- if you are on the window and don't know your traveling partner, either be flexible to get over them if you need the washroom, don't drink, or be prepared to make friends (or an enemy). For this 13.5 hour flight I was glad it was my wife.

The seat has an IFE box and a an extra support bar for the seat row in front. Making the leg room very minimal. Also the IFE box has a sharp edge, after a few hours my leg really began to hurt. Besides that, just a default economy seat.

I flew to Kuala Lumpur on 31August and back on 15September in Economy "Comfort". These were the most uncomfortable flights I have had in more than 70 years of flying. The "Comfort" was a few extra inches of leg room but the seats were rock hard. On the outbound flight it was a thin cushion on a solid steel plate! Two days later it was still uncomfortable to sit on a hard surface. The seats seemed narrower than previous KLM flights and there was no way to avoid being in contact with the person sitting in the next seat, so any sleep was impossible on 12 hour overnight flights. Aisles were so narrow that it was difficult to pull a wheeled carry-on and trolley barely fitted. Passing someone was impossible. KLM has been my preferred airline for more than 30 years and previous long haul flights (South Africa and India in the last few years) have not been nearly as uncomfortable. The aircraft to/from KL was a 777-300 with a 3x4x3 configuration, even in the so-called Economy Comfort section. I shall not be flying on this aircraft again unless I win the lottery and can afford Business Class!

Terrible chair. There was insufficient space for my feet because of the entertainment box. The corridor is too narrow, the seats are too narrow so that everyone who walked past me bumped into it. The trolly fitted exactly in the corridor so that these things also hit me. The chairs themselves are much too hard, after 4 hours I had back pain and after 9 hours I left totally broken the aircraft. What was very positive about my flight is the exceptionally friendly cabin crew, like mostly on KLM flights.

this seat is narrow, like all the others in this 3+4+3 configuration. However it is even WORSE than all the other narrow seats as their is now window, which means you are having even less space next (to the left) of you to lean into, all to avoid bumping into the shoulders of your neighbour. All in all the WORST flight I have had in 40 years of intensive flight travel. Do NOT sit in this seat and in general, find a company that has 3+3+3 seats in this type of aircraft as 3+4+3 really is too many seats on a row resulting in ridiculously narrow seats, narrower than any normal adult has shoulders (male and female).

KLM uses 3-4-3 seat configuration on this aircraft. Other airlines usually have 3-3-3. This means your seat is smaller, armrests are smaller and isles are smaller. Enough legspace but for the rest it feels like flying with a low cost carrier. Check the flight configuration of your airline before you book!

Windowless window seat is a blasphemy in aviation. It was worse because there was no information from the seat map during booking/online check-in on KLM website. Avoid this seat. In general, it felt so cramped since KLM has 10 abreast on their B777 instead of 9 abreast. For flights around 2 hours, it was still OK. I couldn't imagine for long haul since they use this for SIN-AMS route as well.

The seats with the immovable arm rests are so thin that the middle seat should really be avoided. If your neighbour in the aisle seat is of a larger build they will have nowhere to put their arms except on top of the armrest, meaning you cannot put your own arm anywhere, and cannot get to your tray table. It also makes typing very difficult if you want to use a laptop or tablet. (I began to get RSI, and ended up giving up the seat and sitting with the cabin crew in the back of the plane for several hours to finish my work.) If you are of a larger build, please consider the seats with movable arm rests as they are slightly wider. If you are tall, try to get the window-side seat, or perhaps the aisle seat, or perhaps just stay at home and watch a travel documentary while sobbing into your specially lengthened jeans and wondering why even the Dutch national carrier can't look after tall people properly...

What a horrible seat. Thankfully I was only in it for 1:30. My original seat had been HALF taken by the slob in the seat next to it, and 30J was basically the only seat left. The seats are already narrow and this one is as narrow as it gets, then there's 3 buttons next to your thigh for some stupid reason. The tray table has a little extra height to it, which I liked, but it also has the ability to tilt easily and have your drink fall over. Terrible seat, never ever take it unless you're incredibly thin and narrow shouldered, otherwise you'll regret it.

Nice seat, lots of space. May be difficult to exit window seat when aisle user is sleeping. Very important point to note though is that the galley directly in front serves the economy cabin behind so there is a constant flow of flight attendants and trolleys through this area, annoyingly so at meal times. You'll also get interlopers from economy. Great row if travelling with kids as it's isolated from the main business cabin by 2 sets of curtains.

Outstanding cabin crew. This seat is the worst on the plane. I paid and extra £65 for this extra legroom seat and it is a truely awful seat, especially for a 13 hour flight. Passengers constantly treat on your feet, stand with their bums in your face and don't acknowledge your existence. Avoid! It's really not worth it. You are next to the toilets and food galleries. People are always there, bothering the cabin crew for drinks, etc...

We were initially worried about these seats but would choose them again! It's like having your own "mini-cabin". There's no one in front of you to bother when getting up, the restroom is close, the seats lie flat and are comfortable. The flight entertainment system is useful. There is some cart activity from the galley that serves the aft cabin, but on our night flight from Dar es Salaam to Amsterdam our sleep wasn't bothered by it at all. There was plenty of over-head bin space as well!

Excellent service from KLM, delicious food, variety, and fresh. travelling in Business KLM gives to you a small and nice set to feel comfortable during the flight, also at the end the typical dutch house is given to you, they are collectible! huge variety of on board entertainment.

This is a perfect seat if you want some extra space for the legs. You can put your legs under seats 59D&E. This is because you are sitting on a row of 3 instead of 4.

Due to 3-4-3 seat configuration the width of the seats are to small. The economy comfort chairs provide good legspace, and new chairs are OK, however quit firm, so after 13hrs flight a little painfull. We have to live with this, as the 747 is going out of business, 380 too big, holding on to the capacity,only option is extra chair in the row and suddenly 777-300 takes same number of passengers as 747.

All economy comfort seats should marked yellow, seats along aisle even in red. Seats are too small to allow proper eating. Seats create pain in lower back due to no wrong design. Passengers along aisle continuously hit by passing persons or trolleys. In short seats did not match my expectations, will look elsewhere for next intercontinental flight.

Had this one and nice location but two things; -All economy class seats now have power ports. -This seat does not have a window as it is between two windows so you cannot look straight out. On a side note on their vegetarian (asian) very good but why in earth do they have to deliver your meal even before they start beverage service? Should not be rocket science.

I flew AMS-CPT & after some thought decided to pay almost 200 Euro to upgrade to Seat 10G so I could have more space & comfort to stretch my legs & do some work. I contacted KLM twice before departure to try to get reasonable seating as I have a documented history of DVT a couple of years ago but was told each time I had to pay for anything other than standard seats. In the past KLM was one of my favourite airlines & the service was always excellent & considerate of needs. When I arrived at my seat I was very disappointed....the seat is considerably narrower than any other &, as stated by other comments, my right elbow & ankle were bashed throughout the flight as trolleys & people went backwards & forwards. Thankfully I am reasonably slim (34 waist) or I would have struggled to fit in the seat. The seat is noticeably narrower & is not the same as any other in economy i.e. available passenger seating width which KLM should state when booking. Additionally, even though the aircraft was very new, I was surprised to discover that there was no power available in comfort economy for my laptop (most other route providers have power in every seat). As a past KLM goldcard holder, I do not believe the cost of this seat is justified & KLM should review their business model here. Take a seat out per row like other Premium Economy offerings. I am a disappointed traveller!

As the row in front have video screens installed under the armrests, there is a IFE box unit fitted under the seat. This unit together with the seat legs are positioned poorly so that the pax in seat 11C is unable to sit comfortably due to awkward feet stance. Uncomfortable therefore for long flights.

Wife and I pre- booked these seats on a flight from Manila to Amsterdam.not a bad seat, still reclines,overhead locker for hand luggage,no toilet behind seat.disapointed not able to pre- book this seat on outward journey as not available.preferred previous 777-300er which had more of these twin seats at rear of plane.well worth the extra cost by KlM for this preferred seat on a long haul flight.no complaints or issues with 63 K and 63 j on this 3-4-3 configeration plane

Very comfortable new style business cabin. New style seat that goes fully flat with a separate footstool type thing. Large TV, No problem being near the galley.

In comparison to the KLM 747 the economy comfort zone is a disimprovement. Footwells are now obstructed by entertainment boxes and seat supports. About one third of my footwell was obstructed forcing me to sit at an angle. Seat very firm and i had to use the pillow for a cushion. The extra seat in the middle narrows the isle so bumping is an issue. Entertainment system good. Food edible.

I had Seat 10H in the new 777-300 V2 from Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam. Overall a good seat with lots of legroom and modern Entertainment System, compared to the old 777-300 V1 I had from Amsterdam to KL. I agree with all comments on seat width, this is a step back and economy comfort/premium economy at other Airlines is much more better - but also more expensive. I ordered a Special meal to get it faster and I knew that KLM Standard economy Food is not really a Highlight. As a summary, comparing the Price/Performance Ratio, economy comfort at KLM is a fair deal. If you expect more, then you have to go for other (more expensive) Airlines.

Actually, 11K was not that good because the space for your legs is severely narrowed on the right side by some metal box. I guess the entertainment system. I am not sure, but it may hold for all K seats. I found it to be disturbing especially because I paid extra money for more leg room.

This is a bad seat. If you are tall, due to its proximity to bulkhead you wont be able to extend fully. Also this due to this seat being at the junction between business class and economy. The seat is offset to the bulkhead, meaning your right foot does not have protection from bulkhead. Expect your feet, legs to get knocked by trolleys as they come through cabin. Width of KLM economy discomfort seat is not good. No wider than standard economy.

We took this flight on friday the 25th march 2016 on PH-BVP which was a one month old aircraft which had klm's new seats which come with a full touch screen powers socket including usb and movebale and flexable headrest which you can mould to support your neck. The food is also very good. The flight attendants come round during flight and give snacks to anybody who is awake. During our flight I had meatballs and a vegetable mash and profiteroles with a cream and busicuit layer underneath then an omolette and yoghurt for brekfast. The seats were very comfortable for this 10 and a bit hour flight.

Row in front is off centre causing a metal bar in the middle of the foot well but its not uncomfortable. Screens are full touch- there are no hand held controls to worry about. Headsets are given out after take off but you can preselect movies, tv and music to a favourites channel

Flew AMS - SIN on the B777-300. This is the first row bulkhead seat just behind the business class partition. I am 178 cm tall and I could full stretch out my legs in the space in front. On a red-eye flight, it makes a lot of difference.

We paid extra for the extra legroom seats - 30b and 30c only to find that the seats are around 4cm narrower than the standard seats. This is due to the closed in sides which contain the stowaway tables in the arm rest. My wife has only slightly broad hips and she found the seats extremely uncomfortable, fortunately we were mived to 30e and 30f which have a folding arm rest between these two seats, otherwise the flight would have been intollerable. KLM have changed the layout of the plane from 9 seats to a row (3,3,3 ) to 10 to a row (3,4,3) meaning all seats are signifincantly narrower. If you need extra leg room, and are heavier set than me (6'1", 14 stone and 32" waist) you will struggle to find a comfortable seat as they are all too narrow. Come on KLM, we used to trust in you !

This seat should be taken away. Everytime the crew comes through the "curtain" they "smash" into the person sitting there. It is impossible to sleep if you have this seat. In addition the seats 10D - 10G are to narrow at his moment. Take away seat 10G and make 10D - 10G wider!
