Love this plane and especially this seat. There is a good view through two windows. I brought an inflatable footrest with me, making this seat feel almost like a business class seat. WiFi was affordable and relatively stable (USD 25,- for entire 16h flight). Service of Garuda crew always good. Tasty food and friendly staff. Very pleasant experience. Only comment would be that the inflight entertainment was limited. Not many newer movies and only couple episodes of shows.

AMD - CGK - AMS 62C & 63A Thankfully 3-3-3 seating on this B777 Other option on this route is the unbearable and horrific 3-4-3 with KLM. Absolutley no complaints! Excellent cabin crew, comfortable seats, good legroom, not sure why these seats are marked yellow and red as there was very little traffic for the rear toilets. Book a seat at the rear as Garuda tend to fill seats from the front. Outward flight there was spare seat next to me, inbound i had row of 2 to myself, passenger in front had row of 3 to themselves on what were almost fully booked flights.

I don't quite know what your reviewer (comment dated 17th Jan 2019) is talking about. I recently flew the same route and thought the flight, the seat, and the service, were excellent. The plane isn't old, it was clean, and left on time, my IFE wasn't broken, my food was excellent and well presented and, like the previous reviewer, I also had a seat in business class! Maybe I just happened to fly on the right day! I'd happily fly Garuda again but they do need to sort their connections (from London) to Australia otherwise they will continue to fly with half empty planes. They also need to change the plane type, the B773 is too big. Garuda, look at replacing some of your older A330's with the new A330-800 which is smaller and will give you the non stop flights to/from LHR to Bali!

Jakarta to London - Business Class. Plane one of those with few Business seats and First now removed. Aircraft was not very clean, in an state of Disrepair, my IFE was broken, so unable to use for this long 15 hrs flight. NOT acceptable. Food arrived unchecked, one hot pudding chilled from fridge, food poorly presented and not much variety on a Vegetarian dish. Service was lapsed compared to other flights, some passengers getting up as about to take off, when seat belt sign on in severe turbulence, crew seemed unable to keep safety or respond to people at all. Shabby interior, and one of the worst flights ever with Garuda. This roure is being amended in the coming weeks to travel London - Bali direct on way out, back from Jakarta???! Too long a flight on poorly maintained old aircraft, and not worth even the discount prices they offer in Business. Australia routes are finished Ex Europe, as they will not connect in time to Australia. returning you already need to stay overnight. Garuda are finished in London with 3 x weekly flights, cancelling routes, changing stops, times, and an unrealistic turnaround of less than 2 hrs making every flight late leaving and arriving. Unreliable, standards dropped, certainly not a 5 star Skytrax Airline any more. Will not be using them again.

A flight from amsterdam to Jakarta, about 12 hours but the seats are too narrow, you cannot move your legs. Thats is not good for anyones body and not healthy. The flight from jakarta to denpasar has better seats, you can move. Why we fly with that plane while there is a better one..... we now already do not like to fly back that way. We hope we can get better seats.

Garuda has not fallen for the infamous 3-4-3 layout, but rather has kept the 3-3-3 that the 777 was engineered for. The result is a comfortable seat for economy, with adequate seat width and recline. Definitely a plus. The only negative comment is the foot rest (useless if one wants to sleep) which protrudes into the legroom, making it slightly awkward to fully stretch one's legs. But bottom line is, very comfortable, and superb service from FAs. US carriers have a lesson to learn.
