Very comfortable business class seat, full stretch, plenty of leg room, headphone jack tucked away at head height is good idea. Occasional waft from toilet, otherwise good location

Seats in economy are encased in a hard plastic shell in the back, which eliminated the soft-seatback problem endured on CX410 / Airbus A350 on the way HKG-ICN. Seat itself is pretty comfortable. However, A330 entertainment system is much more dated than the A350, screen size is tiny, buttons control not responsive and one has to resort to FF at 2x 4x 8x, plus the whole system was rebooted before taking off, so almost 30min with nothing. Food not good, chicken rice very dry and tasteless. Late flight plus an hour delay, arrived past midnight, very tiring.

My wife and I were in 16D&G on CX111 07/02 and though the seats are good in the sitting position they are not good when full flat bed position, the foot well is tiny and if you are tall with big feet like me it's a struggle, the window seats have a bigger foot well and longer seat belts.The food and staff especially the lady in the cream blouse were all spot on.

Premium economy on this rather old plane is not particularly premium, as the seats are worn and quite uncomfortable for an 8h+ flight. It was near impossible to sleep in the seat and I've sat in more comfortable economy seats. There's also quite a lot of through traffic here from business class by the flight attendants which means you get bumped into. Overall not impressed with Cathay's older so called premium seats.

Seat is angled as the cabin width is reduced from that row on this A330 version. Because of this angle, seat 69C has a much smaller pitch for the right knee and is very uncomfortable. The view on the screen is also angled which provide light reflection on it. Problem is the same for seat 69H on the other side of the cabin.

Very good seat - flight Shanghai to Hong Kong, excellent service - good entertainment - comfortable pitch - good stretch out space, Modern aircraft, no issues. CX very good airline.

One of the best business class layouts we have experienced. The cabin is not cramped at all. The cabin service was very good as we have experienced previously. The quality of the food was great. Other airlines such as SWISS could learn much from Cathay.

Hong Kong to Rome. Seats 33 H & K. Back row of premium economy, I had window seat & was able to fully recline without worrying about person behind. Seats very comfortable. In my opinion , I thought these seats were better than the front middle rows of premium economy. Excellent food, great menu. Would fly premium economy with Cathay again.

Melbourne to Hong Kong. I had aisle seat 30D, P/E. Front row, good legroom, seats along the front row have leg rests, these can cut into your foot Excellent food, great choice on menu. Offered glass of bubbly or juice & hot towels as soon as you are seated. Would book P/E in future, well worth the extra cost.
