Great solo seat- comfortable and easily adjusted. USB plug in. Large video screen with plenty of entertainment options. Service and food/wine was outstanding. Completely exceeded my expectations.

Abundant and varied food to be in economy class. They served a dinner and a breakfast. Very gentle flight attendant. Leg space is ok. Great IFE with many movies and games! Foot rest is very good to have. Good experience from MIA to LIS.

The worst seat in business class, you sleep so close to the corridor that the hostess sometimes hit you with stuff, no privacy. The proximity with the gallery is bad for light and also noise. The worst experience I had in a business class seat. No comfort.

the most horrible place i ever had for a nichtflicht from Brasilia to Lisboa on 15sept2017. The design you give from this Q330-200 V3 does not correspond with the reality, where the design shows a coffee, it's a toilet. and where it's shows toilets, its coffee aerea... so each time someone goes to the toilet you get the light and the noise. The light of the coffee area behind is all night on and the curtain is to little and one is missing. The noise of the engines is very loud I expressed my complain to the steward at the end of the flight.. and she agreed that this new version has these problems, I asked to pass the information to TAP.
