We were very impressed with not only the aircraft, but also the crew for Skylanes. The seats were very comfortable and the crew was very attentive. We would recommend Skylanes!

This seat's proximity to the bathroom is very bothersome. All flight people were going in and out of the bathroom and disturbing me and my partner. We would not recommend this seat at all, pick any seat other than 32K.

Very, very comfortable flight! Cabin seems a lot like Cathay Pacific. flew chicago midway to stolckholm. Lots of Champange and canapes as well as Dom Perrignon. Loved the lie flat seats. I love First class.

Seat is located near a Crew access hatch. There is high traffic through the hatch during the whole flight, and when the crew comes out of the access hatch they walk right into your legs if the light is off. Very unpleasant seat.

Not only are the seats narrow but the base if the seat is also small! One has to sit with folded arms to avoid hustling the next seated passenger! Should the passenger in front recline his seat then you are truly hemmed in. Our journey was of two and half hours so it wasn't so bad. But a 7 hour flight back to London is something we are not looking forward to!

Was surprised with the amount of legroom for Economy. I am 6' 3" and did not find it uncomfortable (even with an IFE box under the seat in front of me). Seat only became uncomfortable towards the end of a 6 hour flight (LAX - BOS) since I did not get up and stretch during my flight. Overall, very happy with the seat.
