I bought 10A for additional legroom, and truly there's a whole mile of it, though the table is in armrest, so the width is reduced. But 10B,C has standart pitch, though they are sold also as Space+ seats, be aware of it. 9B,C also have additional legroom, but they are sold as standart ones. Also beware that row 23 is missing a window.

Very little legroom, you sit cramped for the entire 3.5 hrs flight (i'm 180 cm 90 kg). Striking contrast with S7 A320, which has miles of legroom in economy.
