Do I need to reserve a seat for my infant?

Infants, defined as children between 8 days and 2-years-old (24 months), must sit on the lap of an adult passenger. Infants may not sit in their own seat as baby-car seats are not allowed in the cabin. Lap children can only be held by passengers who are 16 years of age or older. Only one lap child is allowed per adult.

Will I pay for my infant to travel?

Yes, an infant ticket is $41 (30 euros) plus taxes.

If my infants turns 2 on the trip, will I have to buy a ticket for the return flight?

Yes, a ticket will have to be purchased for any flight on which the infant will be over 2 years old.

Can I sit in the Exit Row with my infant?

No infants are allowed in the Exit Row. In fact, all passengers in an Exit Row must be at least 15 years of age. In addition, infant are not allowed in the row directly in front of or directly behind an Exit.

Infant Baggage Allowance

There is no checked or cabin baggage allowance for infants, however one fully collapsible pushchair per child can be carried free of charge and does not need to be pre-booked. This stroller can weigh up to 44 lbs (20 kg).

No baby/car seats are allowed in the cabin.
