It was the first time for me to fly RJ. It was an excellent experience! RJ by all means is equal to or even better than the top regional peers (such as Etihad and Emirates). Excellent service, food, entertainment, hospitality. On top of all, the professionalism of the captain, could hardly feel the takeoff or landing. And the most adorable thing is the punctuality. On the way to Amman, the plane took off sharply on time, and arrived 25 minutes ahead of time. On the way back, The plane took off a little bit late but landed as scheduled. Thank you Royal Jordanian. Keep up the great work!

very old and uncomfortable seat which is very worn and actually broke in flight so we landed with it fully extended in bed position. Poor quality craft.

Rubbish angled lie flats, very uncomfortable. RJ swap equipment frequently, without notice explanation or compensation, so you could end up with this even if you booked a flat bed.

Royal jordanian airlines a330 was the best flight of my life it was a smooth ride with in flight entertaiment but there was barley anything on the inflight entertaiment and the food was perfect i reccomend ROYAL JORDANIAN :)
