The La Compagnie Airbus A321neo version presented here represents an updated focus for the airline's transatlantic Business Class service. The cabin has been configured with 76 comfortable seats that transform into fully flat beds. Additionally, the seats are arranged 2-2, include individual 15.7 inch inflight entertainment monitors, power sockets, USB power ports, reading lamps, compartments for personal items, and have access to complimentary Wi-Fi.

This was our first experience with the new A321 Neo and I have to say it's a major improvement over the old 767s. The new lie-flat seats are wide enough and comfortable enough to actually make sleep possible, a fact enhanced by La Compagnie's decision not so serve a huge meal on the eastbound flights. The new entertainment system offers a good assortment of movies and music, although scrolling through the latter can be difficult. The addition of WiFi is a huge plus. I did notice that the F seat has a slightly more roomy footwell than the D seat, so unless you're short you'll find it better for sleeping. Service is decent and the breakfast was quite good. For the price, it's hard to beat this non-stop to Paris, and landing at the less-crowded Orly is a plus (although leaving from EWR is a minus...).
