A short 2 hour trip from Hangzhou to Hong Kong. Booked HX for a lower fare than its main competitor on this route. The seat was up to standard. In fact, I consider it quite comfortable compared to some other regional seats in the Asian region. The seat is well cushioned and felt quite soft for me. Legroom was good for me (I'm 177, or about 5 foot 10). The windows weren't perfectly aligned for this seat, but that wasn't a big issue. Food was average, and the cheaper fare meant slightly cheaper entertainment--overhead TV screens showing pre-selected programmes, a slight drawback compared to its main competitor on this route.
