Poerava Business Class features the "RAVE" Entertainment system with a 16" HD touch screen at each seat, with a remote control for each individual. Not worth spending your money for business class. When seat is fully down, there is hardly any place to put your feet and no place to put your elbows. In window seat, there is hardly any room to get out of your seat. I was supposed to have seat 3K but they put me in 4A instead (with no window). Seats are much too close together. Also note: if you buy a code-share through American Airlines, you will NOT be allowed to use the lounge before the flight.

2x2x2 seating. The minus to this arrangement is well known: no free aisle access for all seats. The service is what sticks out in my mind. Namely, it was at best perfunctory. Nothing special; flight attendants just doing a job. Food nothing special. on this flight, there were no menus provided (in business class!), there were no wine glasses (champagne served in standard glasses). Not really any sense of opulence.

MOANA PREMIUM : The seat is disappointing, little space for the legs can not use the leg rest properly, the inclination is insufficient. Benefit sold expensive. Damage to a new plane

The business seats are flat bed, but within a shell, making the shoulder area quite restrictive when sleeping. the man next to me, 5'10", 160 lbs. complained the bed was too narrow for him sleeping on his back. As a side sleeper I found it better, but still a bit claustrophobic. Food was not outstanding but good. I'm not sold on the dreamliner planes.

This new Dreamliner is terrible when it comes to space! As soon as the person in front of you reclines their seat, your video screen is too close to see clearly and their seat is practically in your lap. I am only 5'5" and found this plane extremely uncomfortable even though I routinely fly economy class on 12-14 hour flights on other airlines without complaints. I couldn't even cross my one leg over the other when the seat in front of me was reclined. The old Airbus A340 has much more space and is much more comfortable. A shame that this beautiful new plane is so crammed!

Little room for an 11-hour flight. The older planes (A-340) were better in that respect.
