Do not choose this seat. It is ridiculously sold as a "premium seat" because as an exit row seat, we expect that it would offer more leg room. However, the exit door itself has a bulge that protrudes into the leg area of this seat. This forces you to sit an an awkward twisted angle. I assume the seat at the opposite side of the plane (23J) would have the same issue.

The seat was fine except the entertainment system didn't function properly at times. Also, the foot room space when extended to a bed is very limited. Bulk head seats have more room for your feet.

I flew this seat from MEX-LHR It was a very confortable seat with a huge legroom, the entertainment wasn't the best but it was nice, dinner was delicious but breakfast was really not nice. Overall a good seat.

Seat confortable although the light at door 2L during all night flight is disturbing since there aren't curtains. By itself, seat is confortable and every system in seat position and IFE worked right, the same as the quality of the FAs. Food was in good quality and enough quantity, in my case, for the korean option in dinner and brakfast in both ways.

This is the most quiet aircraft in the industry. Very confortable. After 10 hours any aircraft feels the worst, unless of course you are in first class. The screen in front of you lacks good resolution. The food is not the greatest. The service is a plus do.

Agree with comments that legroom is better than many airlines. Usually I really suffer on long flights (I am 6ft 1"), but this was far better than many flights I have taken. Entertainment system had a good choice of films.

for a long haul flight of more than 12 hours fron Tokyo to mMexico city, the Business Class seat was hard and narrow to the point of being uncomfortable particularly if you are tall and have long legs. The food was bad and the cabin crew rude and were more interested in chatting among themselves. Frankly this is the worst long haul flight i have ever endured. Bad choice....never again with AeroMexico

Decent hardproduct with true 180 degree lieflat seat. I've flown on the 787-9 it is much more comfortable take that plane if you can. Soft product is typical aeromexico (mediocre food and service)

Flown AM`s 787 two times to Mexico. Legroom is quite good, but you can´t recline the seat. Food was worst ever on the second flight, served cold raw Pasta without any flavour. Absolutely inedible. Entertainment also very basic

i flew from paris to mexico city in seat 1A, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, really insane. The service is ok, but nothing special. Flight attendants always in a bad mood. You don´t get nothing to drink in the first 2 hours of flight. They serve breakfast at 2 am because landing is at 3 am. All the aeromexico connections start at 6 am so you have to wait hours at the airport where everyting is closed. Even worst, they know all the flight from Europe are landing at 3 am and they keep closed their bussines lounge untill 5 am. Worst service ever !!!

This seat is not worth paying extra for. The door and curvature of the side of the plane make this extremely narrow seat. It was very uncomfortable. I had leg room but the shoulder room was ridiculously small. I am 6ft 4in so appreciate the extra legroom

This seat is not a regular Premier seat. The seat is the same but the room in front for the feet has the smallest cubby hole, making sleep very difficult because it forced user to have travelers legs always held together

First cabin service on AM is a bit hit-or-miss, with the quality of food and attention being generally noticeably different than partner airline-- but not as bad in my experience as expressed here. 4A had the particular problem of no window; the nearest window is between rows 3 and 4. AM's Dreamliner business cabin seats are a bit harder and less plush than other airlines (even Aeroflot), but still quite well done.

Business class seats aboard their 787 are not comfortable. The headrest do not move out of the way. I'm 6' and could not fit in the lay flat position. A complete joke of business class.

Flown Aeromexico a handful of times. Service is always horrid. This time I flew in the 787 in business, service was worse than any economy class I have flown. Don't expect to get drinks until after the first two hours from take off! Also layout in the 2x2x2 was such a bummer.

Really comfortable seat. Pretty good entertainment. Food service was outstanding. Airline service was amazing! True lie-flat bed and able to sleep very well. Even though the plane was very quiet during cruise we still had noice cancelling headphones which were great. Pretty good storage space and everything was just excellent!

The seat has the window slightly misaligned but not too much, the room for the legs is way better than LAN 787. Still don't like the 3-3-3 alignment. They could improve the dinner a bit, it's average food as in many airlines. Everything else was good.
